Advantages: Creamy and delicious

Disadvantages: Quite addictive!

I like having a yogurt with my packed lunch at work and had gone through most of the supermarket own brands, Mullerlight etc, but was starting to suspect that they weren't as healthy as I thought as they seemed to contain a lot of sugar and sweeteners. So I thought I'd give this a try as it is 'natural' bio live yogurt with no added ingredients. It also contains 'good' bacteria which are supposed to be good for your digestion.

I bought this in small individual pots in Sainsbury's for only 24p each (bargain!) but it's also available in a large pot which is around £1.19. The small pots are made of a kind of coated cardboard with a peelback foil lid. On opening, the yogurt appears creamy white and smooth, with no discernable lumps. It had gone a bit thicker round the lid but with a quick stir it all looked fine. It looked thicker than I'd anticipated which was a good thing, because I don't like watery yogurts and was a bit suspicious that this might be a bit too healthy and not at all creamy!

On tasting this, I wasn't disappointed. It had a mild yet tangy taste and was every bit as creamy and delicious as I'd imagined. It tasted almost like Greek yogurt, yet contains only 120 cals per pot so is quite a saintly snack! It's also pretty filling unlike some other yogurts I've tried.
