this is actually a review for yeo valley single cream. i'm very familiar with this cream because it's so moreish i buy it a lot. now this isn't necessarily a good thing, sure it's easier to go through single cream than double cream, but i think it may have a detrimental effect on the digestive system the way that the cream also has a pale white complexion isn't good either however, it does taste nice in a upfront sweet kind of way and does very well on its own because of this, almost like those shock white italian ice cream we had as children, considering this is just cream that is quite a feat now, compared to other creams ... I try to purchase organic foods as much as I can, and although I don't eat a lot of cream I do try to buy this from organic sources. Yeo Valley is part of a company which is family owned and based in Somerset. In 1974 Mary and Roger Mead were just beginning to make yogurt using their own milk and they would sell it on a local scale. In 1993 an interesting event happened which was to change their lives forever. Some local farmers were producing milk organically, but were having difficulty finding the demand for it on a continuing basis, only selling locally at the time the demands would fluctuate making profitability an issue.
