I am a fairly recent convert to buying these big pots of yoghurt - not so portable but much cheaper and you can have as much or as little as you want and just put the lid back on when you've had enough! I like other Yeo Valley products (their lower fat Creme Fraiche is great) so I gave this vanilla fat free yoghurt a try, and I am hooked. I tend to buy a large pot from the supermarket on a monday and leave it in the fridge at work, then when I get the munchies at my desk or need to stretch my legs, I nip to the kitchen for a bit of this rather than the snack machine! Yeo Valley Vanilla Yoghurt is one of these foods that I like to eat at around breakfast time. Unfortunatly it's a bit costly to keep buying every week especially if you eat them at the rate I do! The Yoghurt is very nice and creamy although I must say the fat full version is much much nicer (As all fat filled food seems too, it's a real shame). It goes great with weetabix and fruit and is pretty nutritious for such a great taste. I also like it in a strawberry and rasberry smothie, something I strongly reccommed! Yeo valley vanilla fat free. We have been eating a lot of yoghurt recently partly because my hubby has a digestive problem which yoghurt seems to help. This yoghurt contains Lactobacillus acidophilus Bifidobacterium. It is also Gluten free. In 100g there is 317kj only 0.1g fat One yoghurt I have bought is Yeo valley organic vanilla fat free yoghurt presently costing £1.53 for a 450g tub on offer two tubs for£2.50.
