Zanavyku is a slightly salty baked white cheese from Lithuania. Originating from the small town of Marijampole, I am unclear whether it's sheep or cow's cheese - the taste would suggest possibly sheep but the picture of a smiling cow on the front of the label may say other wise! Zanavyku comes vacuum packed in a polythene bag.
