Vera Wang: Men, Eau De Toilette ... Wang For Men is a classy men s eau de toilette, with a variety of ingredients combining to make a deep, sophisticated smell. Green mandarin leaf and yuzu zest make for an initial fresh, citrus-like smell and the combination of nutmeg, leather, anise, tobacco and sandlewood build a strong but pleasant aroma. I first smelled Vera Wang For Men when a visiting friend was wearing it, and even though I m a big fan of D&G Homme and Chanel Allure, I decided to give this a try myself (with approval from my wife!). Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet Man, Eau de Toilette ... is gorgeous! I bought this for my partner on a whim as the packaging was so lovely. It s all purple and silver and the cannister has a squeeze action that s quite fun to use. The whole effect is quite sumptuous, making a good present. Scent-wise, it is quite musky and woody and I have heard people use the term oriental to describe it. It s rich, warm, sexy, comforting and very distinctive and he often gets friends (women usually!) asking him what it is. Interestingly it is not overpowering, although you don t need to apply it very often. If it helps, as a teenager I adored Lynx Oriental and Picasso Minotaure and this is quite like those. Diesel: Plus Plus Masculine, Eau de Toilette ... bought this aftershave for my husband as a present for christmas last year. I wanted to get him an aftershave that wasnt too expensive just as a token gift to go with his other presents. When i purchased the aftershave the first thing that stood out to me was the packaging. It comes in a white box which is more of a carton in shape. It has diesel written in white letters within a red square on the front of the box. The reason why this packaging appealed to me so much is because i thought it was quite funky and masculine.
