Fragrantica state - 'Eternal Magic Enchanted by Avon is a Aromatic Fruity fragrance for women. The fragrance features violet leaf, raspberry and woodsy notes'.
This fragrance was launched in 2012 so is a relatively new one from Avon. I have really liked the original Eternal Magic perfume so decided to give this one a try.
Going from the ingredients is it more fruity, having raspberry as one of the main ingredients.
The perfume is also a reddish colour and I must admit that I like this perfume now as much as the original one.
To say that it is fruity might be a bit misleading as so many fruity fragrances can be sweet, sickly and cheap smelling.
This perfume, although it has raspberry tones to it, it much more than that and does not smell cheap in the least.
It is not overpowering but definitely lasts very well and is lovely and feminine. It is fresh and feminine without being too 'girly' or young.
The notes of the perfume I would say would tend towards the sharp side rather than the sweet, but that makes it smell more grown up. If I had to use one word to describe it I think it would be 'tart' - as in sharp.
The raspberry colour of the perfume reflects the nature of the aroma and after application this perfume smells for 3-4 hours which is good for a perfume of this price.
This is a great all day and every day perfume but it is also nice enough to use for evenings out.
