Far Away by Avon is one of my favourite daytime fragrances and it is the scent I wear everyday for work. I also keep a bottle of this in my desk.

The price of this varies depending on when you buy it. The normal price is £12 but you can pick it up when it's on offer. The offers change depending on the Avon magazine you have (monthly). Sometimes they offer the perfume at £8, sometimes they offer it in a pack with the skin softener and moisturiser for £10. I often wait for it to be reduced to £8 then buy. I think this is a great price and used everyday it will last you around 6 months.

The bottle is pretty simple in glass with a ying/yang style bottle top. It also has a little tassle on to give it more of an oriental feel. When placed on its side it doesn't leak which is a great point if you keep your perfume in a drawer or bag etc.

The scent is very femanine and sweet. Because of this it probably won't appeal to everyone. The jasmine flavour is really quite strong which I like but I know some people can't stand. Other scents in this fragrance include freesia, peach and orange. I think this fragrance would appeal to most age groups and believe it is one of Avons most popular scents.

Overall this is a great little perfume which combines soft feminine scents with a musky sweetness. It lasts a long time and is a snip when you can pick it up for less than £10. Highly recommended.
