Advantages: Light, citrus scent, lasts a couple of hours, great product

This is the first Avon fragrance that I have ever had, so unfortunately I cannot compare it to other Avon products. It was given to me as a Christmas present as part of a set, which included the True Glow shimmer body spray as the true glow body lotion, however this is the only one that I have used as yet.

The fragrance alone is available on the Avon website, half price at £6 for 50ml at the moment, which I consider to be a very good price for the quality of the fragrance.

When I opened the set, I absolutely loved the look of the product. This Eau de Parfum comes in a beautiful transparent bottle, which is in the shape of a candle burning. The colours resemble this - with the bottle having golden/orange/pale yellow tones throughout.

Avon advertises this product as having 'A halo of radiant citrus illuminates the sensuality of lotus blossom caressed by warm woods and golden amber' and there is a lot of truth to this description. The fragrance is light with a citrus/apple scent, although not too flowery, which I prefer.

Since receiving this fragrance I have worn it every day, and many positive comments have been made about it. I have certainly noticed that the scent lingers for at least a couple of hours, but not quite for the duration of the working day, but then I have never owned many that do.

I feel that it is the kind of fragrance that can be worn at any time of the year, although I think it would be particularly nice in the summer season due to the general citrus scent.

As I said, I have never had any Avon products before now, but if other fragrances are like this, I would be very tempted to purchase some for myself.
