Advantages: Lovely smell, attractive packaging, very good price

Disadvantages: Does not last as long as some perfumes

Wish of Love is a very feminine and young fragrance from the Avon range and I like to use a little every now and again for a change. I used to use this quite regularly but I have since been converted to U by Ungaro which is a similar style but much more lasting.

This perfume is really pretty and girl as it is pink and it comes in a lovely rounded glass bottle inside a bold barbie pink box. The scent is floral and a little bit sweet and I think they chose the perfect name in "Wish of Love" as that really does accurately describe just what this perfume smells like.

I do not find this perfume lasts for more than half a day but then it is usually only £5 for a 50ml bottle in the Avon brochure (£10 full price which it rarely is) so I have no problem with using it twice a day for that price.

Although I am a little older than the target audience for this perfume, I think it will appeal to a wide range, especially those who enjoy really girly perfumes. This is definitely an ideal gift perfume and one that I would recommend for teenager's Christmas stockings.

Summary: Great idea for Christmas.
