Azzaro Azzaro Pour Homme
I don't 'know why but the first time I saw this fragrance it reminded me of Ferrari. I think it has something to do with the shape and the black colour, only the red is missing of course. I got this one actually as a gift because the person who gave it to me liked it himself and thought I would appreciate it too.
Although the bottle reminds me of Ferrari I don't really like the look of it. It has to be very manly but I think the bottle looks old and something my father would have or even his father. I think the gold colour makes it look more grown up and old men. The bottle itself is easy to use and the sprayer does the job. You can get this fragrance in the sizes 30ml, 50ml and 200ml.
It's of course about the scent because the bottle stays at home while I'm going outside and see other people! The Azzaro fragrance is refreshing, full of spice, lavender and amber. This masculine scent possesses a blend of extracts from wood, vetiver, tonka bean, cardamom, cedarwood, sandalwood, patchouli, iris, lavender, sage and basil. Azzaro Pour Homme has a deeply aromatic and woody scent. But you also notice a hint of anise, lemon, lavender and basil which makes it fresher. I have to say I really like it and it's not the old men fragrance I thought it would be. It's actually quite nice but the hint of spiciness but still fresh. It's quite a unique fragrance and a good combination.
The Azzaro Loris Azzaro is a wonderful aromatic fragrance. I think it's really a men's fragrance. It's not too overwhelming so it can be worn by younger men. The fragrance evaporates very slowly and remains an hour or eight before it's gone. It is certainly worth to try this fragrance in the shop to see if you like it. You can get the 50ml for around 20 pounds.
Azzaro is a fragrance I have worn for a long time. I have never tired of it and I try to always have a bottle in my collection. I only need a small spray of this on my skin to last me all day.
Azzaro is a confident aroma that makes me feel great when I wear it. I like everything about it and it stands out for me. 30mls is about £17 and 50mls is close to £20.
Azzaro has a brown glass bottle that has an angular shape. It is very plain other than that with a black plastic lid. The only fussy areas are a few silver bits on the front of the bottle and on the lid. I think the bottle has not ever changed since I have used this.
The box azzaro comes in is in gloss black with silver logos and text. It gives a classic manly look to a great fragrance that lasts very well on my skin. I think it has dated a bit, but I kind of like the way it looks.
When I wear azzaro I feel great. I think it suits just about any mood I am in, it can be a good aroma for anytime day or night as it works with my skin to make a long lasting fragrance.
I think azzaro is one you either love or hate. The basil and lavender mix to give a layered feel that I like. It has a spicy aroma that I really like and this is great with the lavender, I haven't found anything else like it.
The under lying additions of musk and sandalwood make azzaro last for longer and change over time. There is amber which adds mystery and an exotic darkness to the fragrance which I like.
I know that I can wear this for the whole day if I need to and it will not let me down. It stays on very well and you can still detect it many hours later.
I would recommend this as a stand out aroma that I can't compare with anything else I have worn. It suits me and I like it. I think it is manly and extrovert and would suit a confident person who likes to be different.
I was given a small 7ml bottle of this as it was damaged at work, and as far as free gifts go, I was initially impressed.
It comes in a stylish black and silver box, with Azzaro in a stylish font. The bottle itself is hexagonal and amber in colour. Not particularly the most attractive bottle on the market, and I find the silver trim around the cap rubs off in my fingers, leaving me with shiny fingers and a grubby looking cap. However, if you let that put you off buying it then you have more money than sense!
The fragrance itself was launched in 1978, and remains a big seller in some European countries, with the advertising slogan "for men who love women who love men", which I have to adore for all its tackiness!
The first scent is extremely strong, albeit masculine. A musky, exotic fragrance that is slightly overpowering and reminds me of Aramis classic, a stereotypical older generation Eau de Toilette! However, on me the scent calms down fairly quickly, leaving a floral yet still masculine tone which remains for hours. I read elsewhere that this has a composition of over 300 ingredients, which wouldn't surprise me! A quick sniff reveals hints of citrus, sandalwood, and lavender, and despite remaining a strong scent, it doesn't feel overpowering.
However, it's the sort of fragrance where I can't seem to find the right occasion to wear it. It's a bit strong to wear as an everyday smell, yet for smarter events, it doesn't seem right for me. There are much better masculine smells such as CK Euphoria or Jean Paul Gaultier which suit more sophisticated events. At roughly £25 for 100ml, I feel there are better fragrances on the market, although I do still feel a fondness for the exoticness of Azzaro Pour Homme.
If you can find the right occasion for this, then buy it, it's aromatic at it's best, but if you're a bit of a Eau de Toilette snob, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Launched in 1978, Azzaro is a refreshing, spicy, lavender, amber fragrance. This masculine scent possesses a blend of wood, musk, lavender, basil, and sandalwood and is suitable for office wear.
