Advantages: Cheap, nice bottle

Disadvantages: Cheap and nasty, not a nice scent

Perhaps this perfume is so popular because it is attached to a worldwide superstar? Perhaps its because it is a nice fragrance? Perhaps it is because it is in a pretty bottle? I do not know, I am not overly convinced with the perfume and have never cared very much for celebrity endorsed goods; I like nice smelling fragrances; pretty bottles to sit on my dressing table; and of course has to be reasonably priced (if I am buying it myself!). This perfume ticked a few boxes but not many for me I am afraid.

The Packaging

The packaging and bottle itself was one thing which I did like. Comes wrapped in a square box or can be bought in a variety of different gift sets (I received 3 for Xmas :S, not ideal!). The bottle is turquoise, a flat kind of flying saucer shape , and has some cute little plastic jewels attached to it which make sit look quite luxurious. A lovely addition to any dresser.

Availability

Available in most perfume stores and places like boots and superdrug. Quite cheap for a perfume. At the moment in the perfume shop (remembering that it is January and they do have a sale on):

30ml bottle = £12.71
50ml bottle = £14.67
100ml bottle = £19.56

100ml gift set = £19.99

Nice and cheap and a cute little present for young girls.

The Scent

It is not overly nice in my opinion. I find it smells like the price - cheap. It has a fairly strong musky smell however the fragrance does not last anything over an hour or so. Kind of smells a bit like air freshener - a definite hint of vanilla and perhaps some bathroom cleaner or something? The only thing I feel favours this perfume is in the gift set there is a body soufflé which is not as strong as the perfume, and is actually quite pleasant - I use it to mask the smell of fake tan!

Recommended

Definitely not. Maybe buy fantasy, a nicer sweeter fragrance at the same price.
