This perfume is a family favourite, there is always a bottle, or two, lying around somewhere in our household. We all love this perfume so much because it is so timeless and fresh. It has a beautiful scent, it is very light, fresh and feminine.
I think this perfume could be used at any time of the year. It has a lovely scent that can tie in with those warm summer days because of the floral undertones, and at the same time it can be perfectly suitable for a cold winters day, where you can wear it to lift your mood and bring some ''''sunshine'''' to your day.
I like the tall and slim design of the bottle too, it makes the perfume look of premium quality, which it is, and looks great on your dressing table or wherever you decide to put it.
The price for this perfume is pretty decent too. I got this from The Perfume Shop for £19.99, which is great considering it was an Eau de Parfum, so the scent was undoubtably going to last a long time. I think, however, that I got it for this price because there was an offer but because I love it so much I would definitely pay full price for it if that was necessary. But to be honest you only need a few spritz to last you the day, the smell lingers, in a good way, that is not overpowering at all. I would definitely recommend this perfume because it can be used at any day of the year which is always handy.

Over the past few years, I have owned several of the Calvin Klein perfumes and have had mixed experiences of them. I originally owned the Eternity Moment body lotion I really loved the scent so when browsing in my local Boots store last October (whilst Christmas shopping), I was happy to spot a 30ml of Eternity Moment EDP at a reduced price. It was in the clearance section and reduced to around £14.00 if I remember correctly. I also picked up a bottle for my Mum in law to put in with his Christmas.
Eternity Moment EDP is quite a light fragrance from the moment I spray it onto my wrists and neck. The scent opens up with a pleasant, fresh fruitiness which is light and airy. I can detect the guava and lychee - a fruity but not overly sweet blend which is simply nice and quite uplifting to ones spirits. The sweetness of the top notes starts to mingle with the floral heart of Eternity Moment soon after applying this perfume.
Whilst I am not crazy for flowery smells, if blended and balanced well, floral notes can be appealing to me personally. With Eternity Moment, the heart is beautifully soft and not overpowering in the slightest. I cannot say that my nose can detect the individual floral notes listed but the scent on my skin is pleasant - light floral notes with a crisp, clean feeling and slightly soapy undertone at times. It is a simple, refreshing scent but one which lacks complexity and depth in my opinion. It is beautifully feminine and delicate.
The dry down of Eternity Moment sits quite close to my skin but is still noticeable for a short while. I love the way the scent develops here even though the combination is far from being unique. The main focus is on a musky sweetness which comes across as being rather creamy and mild. A wave of warm fruitiness flows through the scent but isn't always detectable. Unfortuantely, the scent of Eternity Moment is no more than a whisper on my skin after 4-5 hours. This is most disappointing given that this is an EDP. The body lotion actually offers a longer lasting scent so both combined together provides my skin with a longer lasting scent.
Eternity Moment EDP is a rather simple scent and is likely to appeal to women of any age in my opinion. It is an ideal scent for wearing as a day to day perfume and its lightness makes it ideal for wearing during warmer months as it won't come across as being heavy or cloying. My Mum in law (who is in her mid 50s) likes it and it suits her as an everyday scent. I personally favour wearing this when I am just going out and about as I hate not wearing any perfume as I feel naked!
I must admit, I did prefer the body lotion over the EDP mainly due to longevity. Eternity Moment is a lovely perfume but it isn't breathtakingly special or outstanding. It is more of an everyday perfume than one which I would opt for to wear on a special occasion. It smells lovely on my skin but doesn't envoke romantic emotions. It may be fair to say that the scent is perhaps too light and the short staying power it offers doesn't allow it enough time to develop and impress me as much as it should.
I am happy with the low price that I paid for this EDP but wouldn't rush to buy it again as I prefer a perfume with a bit more character. If you want a fresh, soft floral scent, then I can highly recommend Eternity Moment to you.
Thanks for reading :)
I have tried absolutely loads of perfumes, and i always ask for perfume as a present at Christmas and on birthdays, however, i always have had difficulty finding one that stays put that's not too pungent and 'old lady' smelling. My mum just bought me Eternity for Easter and im already a massive fan. The first time i used it i wasnt expecting much. Im not sure why - i think it was that it wasnt chanel or dior or a similar high end perfume brand (as these are the ones i find smell the nicest and last the longest). So i just sprayed a bit on before i went to work and off i went. However, i kept catching whiffs of the gorgeous scent all day. It smells really clean and feminine, yet would be good for an evening too. I have been using it every day since Easter and i can still notice when i have it on (i think this is a massive plus for perfumes as you want to be able to smell them on yourself - not get too used to them!). The price is good as well as it compares to the top brands of perfume that you can pay over the odds for. All in all, i would say it is a perfect choice for all girly girls of all ages!
I was given this perfume as a gift from my cousin and absolutely fell in love with it. I wouldn't generally consider Calvin Klein to be my sort of style - I think they make very interesting fragrances but I prefer something light, floral and feminine and that's not really how I picture the brand. So I was pleasantly surprised by both the bottle and the scent.
The bottle is an elegant rectangular glass bottle with clear lid and silver pump. The perfume is a light pink coloured liquid which complements the design very well and gives a refined and sophisticated look to the design. I really like the name of the perfume, 'Eternity Moment' screams timeless and classic to me. The bottle fits in very well with this making the overall effect something beautiful and luxurious.
The perfume is a lovely fresh floral scent. It smells expensive whilst being an extremely versatile scent - you could use this day or night to adds some elegance. The smell is also light with subtle layers of smell which help make a very interesting and instantly appealing perfume. The perfume opens with Litchi, Guava and pomegranate blossom. This is followed by Chinese pink peony, passion flower and water lily and then completed with musk, rosewood and raspberry cashmere. The overall effect is a classic, smooth, silky smell that also manages to seem modern and feminine. I love it.
You can actually buy this perfume for a relatively cheap price (£26.00 for 50ml on offer) for a designer brand which is just an added bonus. I don't think I would spend the retail price of £40.00 for 50ml, but I definitely would consider buying it again for a good offer price as I really did love it.
I would definitely recommend this perfume - beautiful, classic and floral.
I received Eternity Moment perfume as a gift recently and I really love it. Being a fan of the original Eternity I was not sure whether I would like this version. However I have had lots of compliments about the scent and I have grown to prefer it to the original.
This is a fruity and flowery scent that does not overwhelm the senses if used sparingly. Please note to be careful with the amount you use as it is longlasting and could be a bit much if used too liberally.
It reminds me of spring and summer time when the flowers are blooming and everything is fresh and really green. I prefer to use this perfume for evenings out rather than daytime.
I like the simple shape of the bottle and the pink colour of the perfume itself.
I think anyone who likes fruity / flowery scents would enjoy this perfume too or fans of Calvin Klein scents in general.
As I am aware, Eternity Moment comes in 3 different sizes and the prices are around the following from my look around the internet:
as you can probably see by the price, if you shop around you will more than likely find this quite cheap than the highest price which is stated.
The perfume comes in a little cardboard box which in my opinion is quite simple really.
The box is a very sophisticated shade of pink and has the words 'Eternity Moment' printed in the centre of it in grey if my mind remembers properly.
Underneath that is the Calvin Klein logo and the amount of ml you have.
The perfume bottle itself is still quite simple but looks lovely and girly, especially in the light!
It comes in a rectangle clear glass bottle in which you can see the perfume, which is a very light transparent pink, as with like on the box the perfume has the words 'Eternity Moment' printed on the front in grey and the Calvin Klein logo on the bottom.
It has a glass T shaped lid which you pull off.
You then have the nozzle which the perfume comes out of in silver.
Overall, I like the simple look of this perfume, it doesn't really stand out but I do think it looks quite pretty.
It was my birthday on the 29th and I received this of my OH parents, I had never tried one of Calvin Kleins fragrances before so I was excited to open it and test it out!
A search on Google helped me identify what the notes in the perfume are pomegranate, Chinese pink peony blossom, tasberry cashmere, warm rose wood and musk, lychee, guava, romantic passionflower and nymphea.
Now I read this online, I'm surprised at how fruity it comes across!
There seems to be a good few fruits in the perfume but I do not find this coming across at all in the perfume.
At first spray the perfume is very heavy and quite overwhelming, very extremely floral, not at all as fruity as you would think with the notes!
It smells very fresh, very girly, light and casual, its quite a nice fragrance on my skin but after a few seconds the smell dyes down and it is not even strong enough to notice I am wearing anything anymore which is quite disappointing after the overwhelming smell at the start.
Now dont get me wrong, the smell is still on my skin if I hold my hand to my nose, but you dont want to be shoving your hand in somebodys nose just to let them know what you are wearing!
The thing I like about this perfume is it doesn't go musky on even when it has dyed down, which is lovely because a lot of fragrances I have tried seem to go musky after the smell decides to dye down.
In my opinion, I think this perfume is great for most age ranges because its not sweet at all and is not too over the top, its very floral and it wouldn't really shock me and make me think 'why on earth are you wearing that fragrance?' if I smelt a older woman wearing it.
I also think that the perfume is best for summer as its a floral fragrance, its also a very casual fragrance for everyday and it wouldn't be one I would wear if I was going to be going out somewhere formal.
Overall, I would probably not buy this again myself as I prefer sweet smelling perfumes but this one is fine for just casually wearing in the day, its a shame it is not stronger!
I bought my first bottle of Eternity Moment Eau de Parfum last Christmas when it was on offer at Debenhams Online for the bargain price of £11.80 for a 30ml bottle - Having done some research, I now know that 30ml bottles currently retail for £19.50 at Boots (although there is a special offer on at present) or £17.95 at cheap smells. The 50ml Eau de Parfum is currently £28.00 at Boots and £23.45 at Cheap Smells.
Eternity Moment is made by Calvin Klein and comes in a tall slim bottle with a glass effect lid - the perfume itself is pink which looks very girly on the dressing table - The bottle is very simple giving it a classic, modern look.
The perfume itself is quite strong when first sprayed (probably because it is an Eau de Parfum) but once on the skin it does lose its immediate strength to become a long lasting fragrance with staying power that isn't overwhelming. It is a fruity floral fragrance with hints of lychee, raspberry and peony and although nice for daytime or evening, I would definitely say it is better suited as a summer fragrance rather than a winter fragrance when something with a bit more warmth is the order of the day.
In my opinion I would say this fragrance is better suited to younger women (although I place myself in that category and I am 37!)
I have a lot of perfumes and don't really stay loyal to any one brand, preferring to swap and change when new ones come onto the market, my husband is used to me always smelling different, but I have started to notice that on the days when he comments that I smell nice, it is always when I am wearing Eternity moment.
So if you want a fun, flirty, floral fragrance this summer - choose Eternity Moment - you won't be dissappointed!
As normal when it comes to Christmas or a birthday I always receive perfume from at least one person as everyone knows I love perfume. This Calvin Klein eternity moment was my latest gift so I am unsure of the price but upon a quick look on the internet it seems to retail for around £25-£27 for a 50ml bottle which is quite expensive but I would expect this as it is a well know brand name.
This is a very fruity yet floral fragrance with has notes of pomegranate and raspberry which emphasises the fruity scents. Notes of rose wood and pink peony add to the floral scents which make this a more mature and adult scent. I personally think it is too strong for teenagers and young adults in there early 20's as it is quite overpowering. I myself am in my early 20's and feel that it is a bit to much for my age as it is very strong and I feel as though it is more of the type of scent my mother would wear.
The bottle is quite plain yet sophisticated. It is a rectangular shape and is clear with the perfume inside a light pale pink shade. The spray is located when the clear lid is pulled off and this is very easily done unlike some perfumes which I have came across which I have had to tug very hard to get the lid off.
Overall I think this is a lovely fragrance but is more suited in my opinion to anyone in there mid to late 20's and over.
Eternity Moment for Women, Eau de Parfum
Again as from my previous review of the euphoria perfume this is from the same set and was bought for $45 which is about £30. I have the 5ml bottle of this perfume which is great for traveling for to put in you bag on a night out or something.
Again with the other perfume I also like the bottle design, it is simple and elegant and the perfume in the clear bottle looks pink but it goes in the skin/clothes clear.
This perfume also has a really nice fruity floral tone to it which is nice (with no musky woody earthy tones, which is good in my opinion). It is really quite sweet and uplifting and it does last all day but I did need to apply a bit more during the evening as it does not last that long.
It is currently £18 at boots for 30ml which is really great as in my opinion it is such as nice perfume and from getting the mini 5ml bottle I will so be getting the 30ml or the £26 50ml version from boots, which is now on offer!
*A really nice 'pillar' bottle design
*Very feminine fragrance
*Contains gorgeous fruity floral notes which are really light and summery
*A great gift idea
*Now only £18 at boots for 30ml
*Looks pink in the bottle but is actually clear in colour
*Lasts all day but I had to apply more during the evening as it does not last that long!
*A great price and a great brand...sometimes!
Thank you for reading my review
Recently I received a bottle of perfume for a Christmas present of my friend, to give it its full title, Eternity Moment for Women by Calvin Klein.
- Brief introduction of Calvin Klein -
Calvin Klein is one of the leading fashion brands in the world originally found in USA in 1968. Product lines under the various Calvin Klein brands include apparel, accessories, shoes, sleepwear watches, jewellery, coats, suits and fragrances, as well as products for the home.
- Price and Packaging -
My bottle is only 100ml and was packed in a golden colour box. The liquid is light pink colour and comes in a transparent, glass bottle with a T-shape transparent top lid.
You can buy it on high street shops as well as on line. The prices are different from £40 till £70 depending on shopping places.
- What does it smell like?-
Eternity Moment has a very sensuous scent with combinations of flower and fruit smells, such as raspberry, lychee, Chinese Peony etc. That has a very rich fragrance and can last for long time. More importantly the fragrance is not still. When you spray its sweet scent first comes out then light flower smells. If I don't make mistakes I think it's mainly of the Chinese Peony.
I really like this Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein. To me the fragrance is delicate and pretty. People just can notice it when I get near them.
I agree it has a somewhat flirty scent that can capture attentions of men. So it's very ideal to use on evenings. However I use it daily because I want to smell the floral odours that can keep me active all day.
Just to let you know, I am notoriously hard to buy perfume for. I only like specific scents. However, I was bought a small bottle of this and absolutely adore it!
For starters, it's not a "heavy" smell, it doesn't stand out as much as some others and it doesn't linger if you move about. It's pretty much perfect if, like me, you want to leave a subtle hint of scent wherever you go. Even on first applying, it isn't overpowering, with a slightly sweet flowery fragrance from the start, that mellows after being worn for a few hours into a slightly vanillery, less flowery scent.
It's perfect if you want to wear it in the summer, as it's a very summery fragrance, or also nice if you want a hint of summer in winter (especially with the weather the way it is now) If given the option, I'd buy thing again and use it as my summer fragrance, although it doesn't last as long as it could, which is a little disappointing.
One of my favourite perfumes is Clavin Klein Eternity so my Dad bought me Eternity Moment as a present. The fragrance is a floral twist on the orignial and the top notes are pomergranate flower, lychee and guava with middle notes of passion flower, pink peony and nymphea and base notes of tasberry cashmere, musks and rosewood. It makes it sound a bit strange but the scents combine to create a fruity and exotic fragrance.
Because this is an eau de parfum, the scent does last for quite a long time however, I rarely wear it during the day and wear it mostly in the evenings, possibly because it is a bit strong to wear during the day.
I am 19 and I feel that the perfume is more suitable for women slightly older , perhaps late 20's or 30's, because it's not a particulary young set as it is quite strong.
The bottle is a very classic design, perhaps a bit boring, but I think most other people prefer simple classic bottles like this. One drawback is the fact that the glass is clear, but the perfume is a pink colour, so if you have used half the bottle, it is very noticable. Another drawback is the price, it is quite expensive however, it has gone down a lot in price since it was first released and it is an eau de parfum so the higher price is understandable. Compared to other eau de parfum's in brands such as Prada and Gucci, where you can expect to pay in excess of £60 for a 100ml bottle, this is cheaper as it is £47.95 from Amazon for a 100ml bottle.
I used this Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein. It has indeed a desirable fragrance and it is a very rich perfume. I love its sweet scent that really captures attention when I get near anybody. The fragrance stays long that I don't really have to spray again.
Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein has a very sensuous scent; suitable for modern women who love to explore their passionate side. It has a somewhat flirty fragrance with its floral and oriental notes. Just be careful not to spray much because its richness will overrule its passionate appeal.
Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein best fits women who give emphasis on their strong personalities, yet retaining their passionate side. It has gentle musk and raspberry undertones and a very feminine perfume. A very rich perfume, yet it has very passionate fragrance. Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein is a very good fragrance. I wear this fragrance in a romantic dinner, or in any regular evening when I feel like letting go of the passionate and sensual side of me.
This has got to be one of the best perfumes I have had, it is a bit pricey but if you shop around you will get a bargain. It has a fresh smell when worn and it lingers forever, which I like in a perfume.I tend to you this one as an evening perfume, probably because it is pricey and it is nice to wear it as a treat!I would recommend this perfume to any girl that likes a fresh scent as this certainly has.
I am not a regular wearer of perfume - I am often in awe of some of the reviewers here who have vast collections of scent and an even vaster knowledge on the subject. Me - well its something I either like or don't like and wear when the mood takes me.
My current fragrance collection consists of two paltry scents - Calvin Klein Eternity and Davidoff Cool Water Woman. I keep my Cool Water Woman for summer and Eternity is an old favourite that I wear on evenings out.
When I was out shopping a couple of weeks ago I popped into SemiChem and noticed they had Eternity Moment on offer at the paydesk. I asked the assistants if I could try this out as the price was excellent - £9.99 for a 30ml bottle of Eau de Parfum. Being such a fan as I am of Eternity I thought there was a possibility I would like this and when I tried the sample I was right - it was beautiful!
The top notes of Eternity Moment are lychee, guava, pomegranate and peony with middle notes of passion flower, nymphea musks and rosewood, which give a sweet oriental scent. I could almost smell the flowers I have encountered in gardens in Thailand from this perfume.
My one concern when I tried this was that it might be a little too "young" for me. Fortunately this wasn't the case and I say that as someone who has outgrown scents over the years and cannot bear some of the sickly sweet perfumes my daughter loves. Having said that, however, she really likes Eternity Moment too! Overall the scent is quite youthful however so if you are over 30 I would definitely try before you buy.
The packaging is very attractive too - it comes in a predominantly pink box with paler pink border. The bottle is small but perfectly formed - it has a "T" style lid which fits the long rectangular vaporisateur bottle perfectly flush.
I do think that this scent is probably aimed at younger women - apparently the idea behind this scent was first love, but as someone who is well outwith the target range I was very impressed with the fragrance.
I also liked how long lasting the fragrance was...I would put it on in the morning on my neck and wrists and could still enjoy the aroma at dinner time.
The regular price for Eternity Moment in SemiChem is £14.99 but the offer price of £9.99 still stood when I was in at the weekend - and I picked up a second bottle!
I have seen 50ml bottles available in Morrisons for £19.99 too.
Eternity Moment is also available in 100 ml and 50 ml bottles of Eau de Parfum on Amazon, and a body lotion is also available.
However I would recommend you pop into your local SemiChem first to see if it is still on offer there.
This fruity-floral fragrance by Calvin Klein is inspired by the excitement and exhilaration of falling in love and is a more complex interpretation of the original Eternity fragrance /
