Calvin Klein Euphoria Man

Calvin Klein Euphoria for women perfume is one of my favourite fragrances and so I decided to buy the mens version for my husband for his birthday. Calvin Klein call this a very addictive and unique signature with a fresh oriental fragrance.

Calvin Klein the designer first came into the forefront of perfume when he released CK one, the fragrance for both men and women. I used this fragrance off and on and found it to have quite strong, masculine smell. Euphoria for Men was released in 2006.

Like most mens fragrances this has quite a musky smell to it but is also quite spicy and strong. It is said to have top notes soaked with crisp and spicy accents, with Ginger Pepper cocktail, raindrop accord and chilled Sudachi. I love reading about this ingredients because they really do not make much sense to me, I have no idea what most of these thing are, I just know that I like the fragrance. Once my husband has put it on and has worn it for a while you get a lovely after smell when he walks by and I do think that the fragrance lasts for quite a long while during the day. The middle notes in this fragrance feature a blend of black basil, cedar leaf and hydroponic sage and it is finished off with base notes of masculine creamy Suede, addictive Patchouli, Brazilian Redwood and sold Amber.

What I love about the bottle it comes in is that it's very Calvin Klein, clean, with very simple fresh lines but very effective. It is basically a rectangle shaped bottle with clear glass so you can see through the bottle. It simply has Euphoria and Calvin Klein written on it, very sophisticated and looks good on the bedroom shelf.

As it has been around for a while now this fragrance is not too expensive in my opinion. A 50ml Mens Eau de Toilette costs £36 in Boots and a 100ml bottle costs £46.
