Carolina Herrera: 212 Men, Eau de Toilette

This is a great scent, and one to be highly recommended. I first discovered it when I asked a guy at work what he was wearing. He's now my fiance! So, I'm biased, but I'm really picky and I'm really taken with 212 men. It has a fresh, air-y quality to it, so although a good all-round smell, it's particularly great for daytime wear. The slightly spicy, citrus-y initial smell is also warmed with a tinge of floral scent. It smells of quality - not like some of the more Lynx-y male EDT. 212 MEN was recommended to me a few years back as almost a "secret fragrance", only the best get to hear about it! It isn't as well known as say the Armani or Davidoff brands which actually works in its favour as I still get people asking what I'm wearing (In a positive way). I've now been using it on and off since my first recommendation because it really is a wonderfully aromatic and distinctive smell which people will notice. I discovered this fragrance while I was waiting in departures at Heathrow last year, as I was doing the usual routine that everyone does - spraying yourself with plenty of different eau de toilettes before boarding and annoying the other passengers by smelling like a tart's handbag. However this scent really appealled to me and I picked some up on the returning journey. Carolina Herrera's 212 Sexy for men, despite a slightly ridiculous name is an alluring fragrance which has hints of grapefruit, ginger, mandarin, green leaves and aqua musk.
