notes finally settle on the skin an hour later, Eau de Cartier becomes even warmer and rounder though the overall impression is still the same intense, fresh tone as above. For the heart phase, I find Eau de Cartier a perfect combination of fresh herbs and warm spices that compliment each other nicely without one or the other being too dominant. Base notes: cedarwood, patchouli, musk The powerful aromatic blend of the heart notes finally give way to the drier, more subtle but just as exotic aromas of powdery and sensual patchouli and earthy cedarwood.
