Wow Wow Wow... My Auntie always wears Chanel no.5 which I have to say I find a tad over powering on me. I had a bottle of Coco as a young lady in my early twenties, don't you know, and I found it much to strong for me and in fact it put me off of trying Chanel again until I discovered Coco Mademoiselle I have never been told I smell so good so many times as when wearing this perfume, by men, women and children. Although this perfume is a little on the expensive side it is worth every penny. Costing just over fifty pound, if you don't feel you can justify spending that much, then ask for it as a gift from the special person in your life. ... Read the complete review

When I first sprayed Coco Mademoiselle I fell in love with it. It is a lighter version of the original Coco perfume and I have always loved that one but never bought it for myself. When I wear this perfume I feel elegant and classy. It isn't in any way overpowering, in fact, at times there is just a subtle hint of any perfume at all. I think that the name suits the fragrance perfectly (in case you didn't know, mademoiselle is "miss" in French). I am a real perfume lover, I have so many perfumes on my dressing table that there is barely room for anything else, but this really is my favourite perfume of them all. It is such a gorgeous scent that I find myself sniffing my own wrist or spraying a scarf with it so I can sneakily have a sniff (I may sound crazy, but if you try it you will understand). We are talking about Chanel here so it is going to be expensive, the EDT version is a bit cheaper but believe me the Eau de parfum is well worth the money if not just for the bottle alone (I love perfume bottles) but also being an eau de parfum it means that you only need to use a drop of it for the ... Coco Mademoiselle is a perfume introduced by the French couture fashion house Chanel in 2001 and I have been wearing it virtually ever since! Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel got her nickname after singing in Parisian coffee shops apparently. The company have been producing perfumes such as the iconic Chanel No 5 since 1924. Coco Mademoiselle was marketed for the younger generation of Chanel fans, and has used the likes of Kate Moss and Keira Knightley as their 'spokesmodels' in their commercials and print advertisements. However I think this is an ageless fragrance and suitable for women of all ages. I associate the Chanel brand with luxury and sophistication and like to ... Read the complete review

A few years ago in my early twenties, I decided that I was of an age where I should make the transition from bodyspray to perfume. This 'coming of age' decision left me rather excited but unsure of how to proceed: What type of perfume should I buy? Where from? Is investing in your friend's preferred fragrance as bad as buying the same handbag? etc etc. Fortunately, help was at hand in the form of my friend's sister who worked at a perfume shop. As I described the type of fragrance I thought I would like (nothing too sweet or floral, something quite young yet sophisticated, nothing too cheap) she nodded knowingly and said the three words that have changed the smell of my .
