Classic, simple and great for summer days (Chanel: Coco Mademoiselle, Eau de Parfum)
Member Name: sjo1jcl
Advantages: Light, fresh, girly and mature all at once Disadvantages: None really, except it's not the most inspiring bottle in the world Mademoiselle - another sophisticated classic from Chanel. It's very honest as a fragrance - there's no airs and graces, either in the bottle or the scent, yet it's stunning simple and elegant, and one you just won't want to live without. I wear it more in the day than night, as it's quite light and fresh (I keep my Chance for nights out!), and it doesn't have as much knock-out staying power as some of the other Chanels (or is that just because I'm so used to it? Hmm) It's great because it's young and girly enough to feel like quite an 'innocent' scent, yet distinctive and assertive enough to mark itself out as a quality EDP, and not just a cheap teen-targeted EDT from off the shelf (just as well at the price!). I guess my only criticism would be that the bottle doesn't have that lovely appeal that some others do...but then again, that's part of its un-ostentatious appeal. Summary: Lovely lovely lovely! |
