Chanel Egoiste is a classic. I have used , and loved the fragrance for years. It is unfortunate for consumers that have never experienced it, that it is difficult to find in the U.S. anymore. Even though Chanel may be geared more towards the Female market, it is a great product , and I am sure that many men will enjoy the scent.When shopping for the Egoiste, please bear in mind that the Platinum is a different scent altogether. it seems im the first to write a review about egoist! Its not surprising really, i thought it had been discontinued years ago. it used to be the most 'turn you on' mens fragrance a long time ago when i worked in boots, never popular with the men because its chanel - they didnt need to advertise, and the men of yesterday and today will only buy if its advertised on tv. but if its back on the shelves then go and have a sniff, its heaven in a bottle for me. i know we all like a different smell but its worth a try. am back. realised when i got into bed that it wasnt egoist it was l'egoist. so if chanel have just dropped the l and is the same fragrance then go and have a ...  Read the complete review
