Advantages: Nice design and not a lot to dislike

Disadvantages: It lacks a wow factor

This is a fruity, fresh scent that in my opinion is an ideal evening wear scent as it has pretty good staying power and a nice well balanced fragrance. The packaging is simple and stylish. a deep red colour which darkens as it gets to the top of the bottle and it is a squat curved bottle which has a bit of weight stored up in the bottom. The lid is a moulded shape that looks a bit like it is about to blossom out of the head of the bottle. It is not the most stylish of products on the market but it looks nice enough. The spray works nice enough delivering a nice even squirt of fragrance

There is a citrus feel to this fragrance that is nice and sharp and refreshing however after a while it settles down nicely to leave the wearer with a nice , slightly sweet fragrance that has a nice depth to it as well as a warm, mature feel as well which you do not always get with the more fruity fragrances. Alongside the orange citrus there is the definite smell of vanilla which for me can be a bit hit or miss in a fragrance but in this one it works really well and complements the slightly nutty, almond tones that come through after a while, these counter the fruity elements in the fragrance nicely.

You do not need to use a lot at any one go as it is quite strong especially for an eau de toilette and the staying power is very good as well, it will easily last the night without any need for a top up. It is reasonably priced at £40 for a 50ml bottle, there is also a 100ml bottle as well but I cannot remember the cost of this.

With some fruity fragrances they can be a bit sickly sweet but this is not the case here, there is a nice maturity about the smell and it is a good quality fragrance that will not break the bank.

Summary: Not bad
