Advantages: bargain, looks and smells gorgeous

Disadvantages: doesn't last all that long!

Now I purchased the Christian Larcroix C'est Le Féte on a complete whim without ever having smelt it before! I brought it just before Christmas for a bargainous £9.89 from Debenhams which I thought was brilliant (and if it wasn't a great perfume I wouldn't have wasted a lot of money) You can still currently buy it for around £10 from a couple of different websites and the RRP is £34.00 but as it is a slightly older perfume 2007 I believe it has dramatically reduced in price.

Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging, the box is a very deep purple colour with blue and gold writing and it looks a lot more expensive than I paid for it! The bottle is equally as gorgeous in a deep purple gorgeous shaped bottle with a little blue lid, great for any dressing table.

After applying the perfume I was even more surprised it has a very deep smell without being too overpowering and I have read up that it has notes of patchouli, jasmine, cedarwood, sandle wood, oriental flowers and lemon. It sounds a slightly odd mix but it works very well together. It smells quite woody but fresh at the same time. I will probably only wear it for evenings as I do prefer something lighter for the day time. The only downside is that it doesn't last all that long on my skin (but not a lot of perfumes do!) but all in all a lovely smelling perfume for a bargain.

Summary: Would definately reccomend!
