Cheap, but very heavy (Davidoff: Davidoff Echo for Men, Eau de Toilette)

I bought this after liking davidoff cool water and thought i may as well give this a go as it was in the sale. The fragrance was very cheap, 100ml for only 20 pound is a great price for a reputable brand and i thought it would be similar to the cool water, however this is not the case.
The fragrance is quite heavy, being described as a woody, spicy, musky smell, i would have thought it was, but it is one of the heaviest i have tried. Its not easy to just wear daily, and you would definatly have to have the right occasion for it. After a while the fragrance does settle down and become less heavy, but the initial thought is of a heavy fragrance.
My girlfriend usually like my fragrances but this one she is unsure of, mainly because most of mine are refreshing and this is not.
I do believe that it is a nice smell, just needs the right person and right occasion to really set it off. For this, despite it being cheap, i dont believe represents value for money as it doesnt get used as often as others.

Summary: If you want a cheap fragrance then get this, just be aware it may not be right for you
