Emporio Armani - Remix
Giorgio Armani Emporio Armani Remix for Men is a new take on a traditional chypre male fragrance.
Emporio Armani Remix for Men is a sensual and enthusiastic modern version of a vintage fern scent. Emporio Armani Remix has a strinking aniseed-basil opening over a richly aromatic heart of Cardamom, Mace, Lily-of-the-Valley and Fern Accord and a dark base of Licorice Wood, Vetiver and Musk.
As always the fragrance has so many levels, as usuall the background information provided by Armani is complicated; with subtle, classy ingredigents encorperated into the fragrance.
Personally i prefer the Night brand of Armani fragrances but i do find that this remix product is very similar in smell, it has an overly sweet smell which is sometimes overpowering. The smell isn't exactly musky, but you do get the musk coming through; the licorice wood is really obvious.
This product is a new take on a more traditional fragrance, if you have used older Armani fragrances you will know what i mean... they always have this sweet nice smell about them, my girlfriend and others usually comment on how nice it smells if i wear it on a night out; which means its a good one to wear if your on the pull.
I do like this eau de toilette spray but again i know or better brand name fragrances for a similar price, such as Yves St Laurent's Rive Gauche product; fragrances are all about personal taste, some prefer the musky aroma of certain products such as the Harley Davidson range, some prefer a fresh sweet smeller product like, Davidoff Cool Water. But for me its all about the sweet brand name products from the likes of Emporio Armani, Calvin Klein and Yves St Laurent, in my opinion CK One, Rive Gauche, Remix and Night are all pretty similar; its just up to you which one you decide is best.
A good product and at about £25.00 for a 50ml bottle you cant really complain; as most Eau De Toilette sprays from these brand names are around the same price if not more. If you like the sweeter smells and perhaps are a younger adult, say between 18-26 this is a great fragrance to try; (don't forget to check out the others i mentioned). Im not saying its just for the younger gent, but i do think it is designed around that sort of age range, as you get older you tastes mature; just like you learn to love red wine, you learn to love other fragrances.... its all about personal choice.
Get down to that Pefume shop and have a smell of them all, just remember after about 3 different products have been smelt your nose tends to get a bti confused and everything smells very similar so try it over a few hours and keep revisiting to make sure you've got the right product to suit your needs....the packaging is pretty too :D
