Advantages: Gorgous scent, Lasts a while

Disadvantages: a little expensive for size.

This is mainly about the second fragrance in this series, but there is no section for it so I put it in here.

I purchused this a year ago on a flight back from Kos in a bargin pack of 40 pounds for both White For Her and the Original, which was just a way for me to spend the remaining Euro's that I had floating around in my purse. Personally I think this was the best money Ive spent on tolietries. Let me explain.

Now, Im one of these people who buy scented things on the smell rather than the name and brand of the product. Now argue what you will about brand names and labelling, but Im not swayed by it. I came across this product while on holiday in Kos (Greek Island) when I noticed a beautiful sent coming from my friend. Short of following her about sniffing her I thought I'ld better ask her what it was. She informed me (whilst giving me funny looks) that it was Emporio Armani She (?), which is the original scent for this series of fragrance.

Now I abosolutly loved this smell. Its a lightly, foral scent with a very slightly musky feel to it. Oh for the love of God, why doesn't some one invent smell-o-vision? It comes in a light gold cylinder container about 10cm in hight. Its style is very pleasing to the eye, simple but effetive. But, im here to review the follow up to this fragrance.

Emporio Armani White For Her came around after the original She. Its claim was that its lighter and fresher than its older cousin and Im inclinded to agree. Among its ingredients it has ginger, bergamot (whatever that is), green fig leaf, white wood (essence of grated white coloured wood i'ld imagine) and a host of other weird and wonderful things.

Now, out of these two I enjoy the White For Her as I like the freasher smelling scents rather than the more musky. But dont get me wrong, She isn't THAT musky, only a slight hint which is why I still like it. I find that its a unique fragrance which I can instantly tell apart
from others. Its such that my friend can always tell which of these two Im wearing. 'Her' is almost like one of those unisexed fragances but this has defining tones in it that leave no doubt that this is for women. Its a little sporty with out being like a deodrant. Its a gorgous scent that is very understated.

For the 50ml that I have, this cost about 30 pounds in the shops. Now this is pretty expensive but its well worth it for the quality of the scent. Both scents come in 100ml, 50ml and 30ml sprays. White For Her like its cousin comes in the cylinder tube but the colouring is white. The Cylinders themselves are metal covering for a plastic container i'ld imagine, however, Ive not taken mine apart so I couldn't be certain on that. White For Her has ingravings of 'Her' around the bottom of the tube in many different languages, She has 'She' ingraved. Packaging wise, both come in colour coordinated boxes which themselves are packed in a thick paper layer. Designs on the packets are simple like the sprays. They are colour coordinated (She is Gold, Her is White) with the ingravings on the paper outer with the Emporio Armani logo in the centre.

Its very hard to describe the smell of this purfume, so the only way I can think of knowing how it smells short of buying it would be the new time you go into a department store is to test some. Try it, you might be pleasantly surprised.
