Advantages: great for daytime wear, not too strong

Disadvantages: can fade quickly

Ghost original is one of favourite perfumes, and I asked for it for Xmas. However, my darling boyfriend bought me the Sweetheart version. At first I was hoping he kept the receipt so I could exchange it, as I have never been a fan of any of the other Ghost fragrances. However, I decided to give it a try and now I love it.

The bottle I received was part of a gift set with a tube of Sweetheart body lotion. The packaging was pretty in pink, but didn't look anything special compared to some that were about at Xmas time.

But it's what in the box that counts really. I find the Sweetheart to be a light fragrance, with floral tones rather than a fruity, citrus smell. It reminds me slightly of posh soaps! It is not as heavy or strong a fragrance as the original ghost, and I find it perfect for daytime wear to work. If I'm wearing it in the evening for a night out, I tend to use the body lotion first, or else just wear the original Ghost.
