I ws in Debenhams one day looking at perfumes and tested some Ghost. I thought it was lovely and so asked for some for Christmas.

This perfume contains top notes of hibiscus, rose and ambrette grains. Middle notes of jasmine, sandalwood and frankincense and base notes of vanilla, musk, ambergris and apricots, The smell reminds me of Turkish Delight and does in fact smell rather like Bourjois lipglosses which also remind me of Turkish Delight.

One of the best things aboout Ghost is that it is suitable for both day and night wear. It is light but not too light. It is not a perfume which is going to be too heavy nd musky for the day, nor be too sweet for the night either.

Another great thing is the bottle. It is gorgeous. It is an hour glass shape but perhaps a bit thinner. Rather like a woman's body really. The glass is frosted and a pale blue colour. I can see why they chose this as it does look quite "ghostly." It has a silver spray top and the lid is a tyre shape which fits over the top. The lid is silver but has blue frosted glass like the bottle around it so it looks as though it is part of the bottle itself.

The smell from Ghosts last a long time. It is one of the best when it comes to how long it lasts. I spray a squirt on each wrist and a couple on my neck and I can alwas smell it and the end of the day or night dpending on when I am wearing it.

I recommend the gift set though as you get a 30ml bottle and a 5oml bottle of body lotion for £23 which is the same price as buying one bottle of perfume.

Wearing a body lotion with this perfume will not make it smell too heavy as it is a light fragrance.
