I was given Ghost as an unexpected Christmas present from my sister some years ago. As a purchase which, she freely admits, was made because she could not think of a thing else to buy, it has been amazingly successful!

In short, I love this perfume. A smooth, lightly floral and incredibly mellow scent (I am not a professional but that is the best I can describe it!), there is not a hint of alcohol or abrasiveness to this perfume. This is a lingering scent, with fantastic longevity on the skin, so I suppose 'Ghost' is the perfect name for it! This also makes it great value for money as a bottle, when only needing to be applied once during the day, and once at night, will last ages! One thing in this which needs to be emphasised is that you will really only need a touch of this scent - a few sprays at most, as it could otherwise become overpowering.

Although perfumes are very much subjective and will smell different on each and every skin, I find that when wearing Ghost I enjoy more than the average amount of positive comments, complements and recognition of the scent! Also, now being able to recognise my favourite perfume on passers-by in the street I have yet to come across any body whom the perfume did not suit. So by this I suppose I am saying: great christmas/birthday present for those of you who are utterly stumped!

Summary: A wonderful gift for those female loved ones you have run out of ideas for!
