I've been using this gel for years. This is 1 thing I don't tend to change around as there isn't too many Shaving Gels out there, and short of using a Supermarket own brand then this I would say is the best brand named one. This comes in a 200ml tin and costs around £1.70. Since you only need a little blob of this it lasts a ... Read the complete review

I have been using the Gillette range of shower gel ever since I have enough stubble worth shaving. I came across Gillette 'Coolwave' Shaving Gel when it was on a buy one get one free offer at Tesco and have been using it ever since. Packaging This Gillette shaving gel comes in a canister that is primarily blue with a ... Read the complete review

You know how it is; you buy a shaving item of some brand/type, and not wanting to think hard or dilly dally much in a feminine Boots, you just plump for any recommended same brand matching accessories. Atleast I do, also in my own weird domesticated weak-male-thinking way I like seeing Gillette products lined up in a little row in the ... Read the complete review

It comes with a couple of fragrances with the usual ... Read the complete review

I dont know why it seems the gel just soaks in and then leaves his skin dry. Yes it smells nice the pacific light and its easy to apply and seems economical but he has now stopped using it ... Having been a foam user for a number of years it seemed strange using gel for the first time. When applied to the skin the gel quickly turns into a foam, but not as, erm, *fluffy* as normal foam, and so it sticks to your face better (doesn`t fall off like some cheap foams do!). It also has a much better feel on your skin than ... Read the complete review

Let me see. I used to use foam, but then I decided to give the Gilette gel a go. I've not even considered going back. Basically (and there's not much to say, to be honest), it's a canned gel that turns to foam when you rub it onto your face. Apparantly it's got plenty of moisterisers and stuff in it, so it helps to ... Read the complete review
