Im not sure why but the picture is of the body lotion not the perfume. It is in a similar shaped bottle with a dark hole at the top, soft cushion to press at the very top and is in a gold coloured bottle.
I bought a 50ml for £25.00 off the internet but you can get it cheaper elsewhere - Ebay, Boots, Amazon and Debenhams all sell this and some come in sets with the lotion or shower gel. The prices do tend to go quite high up to around £48 for the 100ml so shop around.
Golden or bronzed dull coloured shiny tube spray. It also comes in what I can only describe as a foil wrap that you tear open with Big letters on the front.
It has a floral oriental scent with a blend of Jasmine, cedar, musk, vanilla and heliotrope (which is a purple/pink flower also known as vivid lavender which you can really smell. It is sexy and very feminine. Great for a night out or even through the day.
This has everything that I want in a perfume. It is long lasting, the bottle I bought at christmas has still got loads left and I use it nearly everyday at work and sometimes in the evening. It stays on your skin for ages, even when I have had a shower I can still smell it on my skin. It has never given me a rash or irriated my skin and I always get complients when I am out.
They do other frangrances now, including Armarni Remix for men and Aqua De Gio or both men and women, but this is the original from the collection that first came to us 1998.
Ooh, I love this perfume. By far my favourite!
The Story & Smell....
Georgio Armani Emporio Armani She/Elle is one of the originals from the Emporio Armani collection. It was launched in 1998 and comes in 30ml, 50ml or 100ml bottles. I have read that it is classified as a floral oriental fragrance and possesses a blend of oriental fruit, jasmine and heliotrope with low tones of cedar, vanilla and musk. I can definitely make out the vanilla and musk, the rest I just have to believe what I read!
Price & Quantity...
I think it is priced a bit too highly to be used as casual everyday wear at about £48-£50 for the 100ml, £28-£30 for 50ml and £22-£25 for 30ml. Sure this is cheaper than Chanel - then again what isn't? But it is perfect for going out/evening-wear. It has a really distinguished smell, every time I catch a whiff of it, be it when I am wearing it or if I smell it on someone else I am taken back to pre-baby days when I would wear it out to the pubs, I get some great memories of getting drunk, trying to dance and falling off the bus at my stop! Good times!
Wrapping & Bottle...
It comes in a funky silver wrapper with the name and designer printed in bold black lettering. When you take the wrapper off you will find a sophisticated rather plain looking silver box and then inside is the perfume. The bottle is like a bronzey-gold colour and to spray the perfume there is a soft gold push button at the top, the perfume comes out in the usual style and you don't need to apply much to get the distinguished smell!
If you're a man looking for a perfect fragrance to buy your girlfriend that is a bit expensive, designer, in a good bottle and has a sexy smell then this is the perfect perfume for you. If you're a woman who likes to have a distinguished smell on the evening, one that lasts then this is for you. Obviously every perfume/aftershave smells different on different people but I know a few people who use this and it still smells gorgeous on them. If I was to describe the smell I would say it smells like sexy talc, kind of musky but in a good way! (thats probably an awful description, don't let it put you off!)
What I love about it...
Im 27 now and still have a bottle in my perfume drawer that I wear on special occasions, I have been using it since I was 18. I would say you could wear it whatever your age. It brings back some memories of days gone by and I love the fact I can smell it on me hours after I have sprayed it. I don't get a chance to wear designer stuff much now most of my money is spent on childcare and nappies but I love the fact that I can afford something Armani! My favourite Christmas present by far, I have used my 30ml bottle sparingly and it has managed to last a year (but then I don't get out much these days!).
