I have bought many fragrances from Boots over the years and have regularly been able to find some great deals on various fragrances in the past. You will probably be familiar with the £5 off vouchers which they give out when you make a purchase in the store. At the moment you can get £5 off a range of fragrances from Aramis, DKNY, Davidoff, Jean Paul Gaultier, Emporio Armani, Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren and finally Diesel. Of course the voucher is not available on discounted products or gift sets but there is a decent range of fragrances you can get within this offer. You also get a £5 voucher for No7 products too which you can use on Boots own range.
**Emporio Armani He**
A few years ago I remember getting a small bottle of this in a gift set for Christmas which included various miniature fragrances, I really liked it but until now I hadn't owned a bigger bottle of this. I bought the fragrance for £29 with the £5 voucher so it's usually sold for £34 which is for a 30ml bottle so it's one of the more expensive fragrances within the middle range. The fragrance is a woody masculine one which has a decent reputation amongst fragrances. The fragrance has been around since 1998 and is of course still in production. It was designed by Sophie Labbé. The bottle design was by Fabien Baron.
Yuzu, Sage, Cardamom.
The scent has a nice start with a woody, spicy feel with the top notes of Yuzu, Sage, Cardamom. It lasts quite well, I'd say for a good three or so hours which is a decent standard and leads well into the middle note of vetiver.
Unusually there's only the scent of vetiver in the middle of the fragrance. It gives the fragrance a nice subtlety though and lasts a good two or three hours before leading into the base notes of the fragrance which closes things.
Cedarwood, Guaiacwood, Sandalwood, Musk.
These base notes give the fragrance it's woody nature. It's a lovely subtle woody scent that has a hint of musky. I like the way the scent lingers and whilst it's fading you can still get the scent of the overall fragrance. All in all it gives it a natural and refined scent.
This is an excellent fragrance for males between the ages of 18 and maybe 40. It's one of my favourite fragrances from the Emporio Armani fragrance house and I would recommend it to any male who has one of the vouchers. It's a nice fragrance which lasts pretty well and has a distinctive scent which means people should know what you are wearing. I have recognised it when walking past people before and it's an all round good fragrance which is ideal for many occasions so ideal for everyday use as well as for more special occasions like nights out and things like that. I would certainly recommend the fragrance to any friend who was looking for a new fragrance.
