Advantages: A light ,fruity airy perfume, long lasting

Disadvantages: Expensive

A little bit of history about Givenchy:
Hubert De Givenchy was born in France in 1927.
He designed for many of the famous French fashion houses.
In 1952 he opened his own Fashion house, his designs for Audrey Hepburn popularised the sleeveless high bosomed dress.
Givenchy showed his last couture collection in 1995.

Product and packaging:
Amarige is beautifully and elegantly presented in a clear glass bottle with a `sculpted` glass stopper.
The outer box is a lavish red and gold.
A 50 ml spray is available at Beauty bay for Ł25.49.

Fragrance notes:
Neroli,Mandarin,Violet,Gardenia,Mimosa,Ylang -Ylang,Ambergris musk and Vanilla.

Experiencing Amarige:
My first spray said Gentle ,young and Fresh
The undertone said Vanilla ..a smell I just love.
The perfume lingered ,not strong, but im sure that both day and evening wear both would be fine.
Fruity,light and flirtacious.

Summary:
Yes,I agree wholeheartedly that the perfume is a bit pricey, but the beauty far outweighs the cost, and im sure it will be on my Wishlist for many years to come.
Light but lasting the fragrance lingered for hours after on my skin.

Summary: A wonderful perfume thats beauty far outweighs its price

I have a bottle of this. Mine does have a stopper and not a spray which makes it a bit tricky to apply.
