Hermes 24 Faubourg Eau de Toilette is the colour is of fine liquid gold. It come in a beautifully crafted bottle which is very tactile. All this luxury is contained in a very beautifull package that shows its quality. It is quite pricey at about £38 per bottle, but it is well worth the price and represents good value for money given the fine quality of the product. It makes a lovely gift for a special lady particularly on a special ocassion. It definitely tell the recipient that she is valued by the giver. Without a doubt, this is my all time favourite perfume. Named after Hermes flagship store at 24, Faubourg in Paris and the perfume of choice of Detective Kay Scarpetta in The Last Precinct by Patricia Cornwell I found it whilst browsing the counters armed with testing wands at Gatwick a few years ago. Despite being overloaded with heady aromas from hundreds of perfumes in the shop (and smelling like a tarts boudoir on the flight to Florida much to the dismay of those lucky enough to be sitting near to me,) it stood out as something special above all the others.
