I got this fragrance for Christmas one year after having Boss In Motion for quite a while and wanting to try something different. I went for Boss again as I like In Motion and I was not disappointed. Boss Soul is more musky than other fragrances I've had in the past but is not overpowering as some musky scents can be. I tend to wear it on nights out and it lasts quite well, easily a couple of hours, and is a bit stronger than what I'd wear in the day.
