The product I am reviewing is Hugo Boss Deep Red Perfume which is a female fragrance. I used to love this perfume and have only just recently got back into wearing it again after noticing that my sister had this particular perfume on the other week. Hugo Boss is an impulsive, sexy and provocative scent which has an oriental woody fragrance. The top notes of the perfume have a blend of clementine, blackcurrant and blood orange along with the sweet scent of pear. The middle notes in the perfume contain freesia, ginger flower and ambrette. The warm, sensual base notes contain sandalwood, cedar wood and a hint of vanilla. When it comes to perfumes I can never really make out all of these different scents, but I knew from using this product in the past that this is an absolutely gorgeous scent. The perfume comes in a gorgeous dark red bottle which is wide at the bottom and goes into a very long, tall neck. The bottle has a gorgeous smooth finish to it and the colour of the bottle gets slightly lighter the nearer to the top of the bottle you get. The name of the fragrance is on the front of the bottle at the bottom in a silver colour so it stands out and looks good against the dark red. The lid to the bottle is silver and goes really well with the deep red colour of the bottle. Underneath the lid is a matching silver spray which you press down lightly in order to release some of the perfume. The perfume also comes in a black box, which also have red on it. It clearly states what the perfume is and who it's made by. I like the design and the shape of the bottle and would happily have this on show in my bathroom.

Prices vary depending on where you purchase the perfume from and what offers are on at different times of the year. I have taken prices from the Boots website. A 30ml bottle is priced at £28.50, a 50ml bottle at £39.00 and a 90ml bottle at £48.50. I think this perfume is slightly cheaper to purchase from The Perfume Shop, although I don't think they do a 30ml bottle to buy there.

Using the Product

When spraying the product you can clearly smell the fruit scent of blackcurrant and blood orange, with a slight sweeter scent of the pear. As the perfume starts to settle down I can make out the fresh scent of freesia. I have no idea what ginger flower smells like so I can't really comment on whether I can smell this particular scent or not. Once the perfume has finally settled the most obvious scent is a woody smell with slight hints of vanilla, but I can only smell the sweet pear as well. I would definitely say that the woody scents in this perfume are the most obvious and is the scent that tends to stay in your clothes. I wouldn't say the perfume is too strong and although it's quite strong when first spraying it, it does calm down which reveals the nice woody and vanilla scents which I think are lovely. I found that the scent of the perfume is quite long lasting and throughout the day I can still smell the perfume on my clothes which is nice. My boyfriend's mum has commented about how nice this perfume is as she can sometimes smell it when sitting next to her when going out for a meal. With this perfume I think you would wear it during the day or night as I think it's suitable for both. I wouldn't have said this was necessarily a winter or summer fragrance and it's one that I would probably use throughout the year. You don't need to use a lot of this perfume in order to get a good scent from it. I find that a little of this goes a long way due to the fact that it is long lasting and you may only need to apply it again once or twice during the day or evening if you want the scent a little stronger.

This is a scent that I still love even after first using it at least 10 years ago. I have only just recently got back into using this scent when my sister purchased me a bottle of this for Christmas. This scent still smells as great as it did when first trying it and I love that it still has a great longevity to it, which I find lasts longer than some other perfumes that I use. I think the design of the bottle is really nice, although if you do happen to keep this in your bag the bottle can easily get marked/scratched which ruins the overall look of the bottle. The good thing about this perfume is that it isn't too strong or overpowering and it's not one of those scents that gets right up your nose either. I like that you can make out a few of the different scent sin the perfume, although I personally couldn't make out all of them. The other thing I like about this perfume is that I can think it can be worn all year round and can be worn during the day and the evening. In terms of value I think the product is reasonable and is around the price I would expect to pay for a nice perfume like this one. Although Hugo Boss does quite a large range of perfumes this is definitely one of my favourites. This perfume will definitely be staying on my favourites list.

I first tried this perfume when I was in high school, so obviously this scent has been out a good few years now. Sadly, I do feel it is now somewhat outdated and I have noticed many stores have stopped selling it over the past couple of years.
As the name suggests, the scent is very deep. It is certainly a perfume I would only wear at night time as its just too over powering to apply during the day. The smell is strong when first applied and does last a long time. I would suggest this perfume for 26 years and older.
I remember when the perfume was first released it was quite highly priced. Now however the price has dropped to quite an affordable price range - certainly under £30 for a large bottle.
Whilst I wouldn't be dissapointed to receive Hugo Boss Deep Red for birthdays / christmas, its not a perfume I would go out and buy myself. Don't get me wrong I really do like the smell of this perfume but for me I just prefer something slightly more modern and fresh.
If you are looking for something light, fresh, fruity then this is not for you. If you are looking for a deep, warm, sexy perfume then I would give this a try.

I have my favourite fragrances but then I am always willing to have a dabble with a new one. Deep Red by Hugo Boss is a fragrance that I used to use years ago but one that I had managed to forget all about until recently.
About the fragrance
The fragrance is aimed at the independent, modern and sexy women among us. It has been designed for women who love to have fun and who is in total control of her life. The aroma is supposed to depict confidence and strength.
The fragrance has fresh and fruity top notes of Blackcurrant, Pear, Tangerine and Blood Orange which are mixed with some floral notes at the heart of the perfume including Ginger leaves, Freesia and Hibiscus. At the base of the fragrance there are warm notes of Sandalwood, Cedar, vanilla and musk.
Packaging and Price
The product comes in a heavy glass bottle which is dark red in colour. The bottle is circular in shape and it is wider at the bottom before becoming more narrow towards the top. The lid is similar in shape and dark grey in colour and when you remove the lid, you can push down on the dispenser in order to spray the fragrance. It has the brand name written vertically on the bottle and the name of the aroma is written across the base.
The bottle comes in a variety of prices and sizes. I paid around £28 for 30ml of the fragrance but it also comes in 50ml and 90ml bottles but these obviously cost more.
Application and Performance
The perfume has a good spray function and plenty of the fragrance is released each time that you push down on the top of the bottle. A good spritz is released that doesn't wet the skin or overly soak one area. The fragrance smells deliciously fruity straight away and it has a certain warmth to it. It is accompanied by a gorgeous freshness and a touch of spice. It isn't one of those fragrances which completely change as it dries so you pretty much know what you are getting when you initially smell it or use a tester.
Even though this perfume is over ten years old, it hasn't aged or begun to smell old fashioned. The aroma of the perfume is strong and evident, and you don't need to use too many squirts to get the desired results. The fragrance has long lasting results and it remains on the skin for hours. I can also still smell it on scarves or coats the next time that I put them on. The perfume hasn't caused my skin any irritations or discomforts.
All in all, this is a lovely warm and fruity fragrance which is evident and lasts for hours. It is sophisticated but fun and it usually gets me some positive comments from friends and family. I would happily repurchase this fragrance once my bottle has all gone.
I have owned this fragrance for a number of years now. It is one of the rare fragrances in my collection that I replace as soon as I run out - that probably tells you a lot about just how much I like it! The perfume can be bought in a bottle of 30ml for £24.95 from Cheap Smells (RRP - £27).
The bottle is a dark red in colour and made of thick glass which is slightly cloudy. The top of the bottle has a large silver lid on it, which can be pulled off to reveal the spray nozzle. The bottle is slightly irregularly shaped with a wide base sloping up to a thin neck. It says simple 'Hugo' and 'Deep Red' in silver lettering on the front of the bottle.
I would describe the scent as distinctive and feminine. It is really unique and a smell that I love. It is quite a fruity scent but does have a slight floral edge too. Top notes are clementine, blackcurrant, blood orange, mandarin, orange and pear. The heart notes are tuberose, freesia, ginger, hibiscus seed and ginger flower and base notes of sandalwood, California cedar, musk and vanilla. These lead to a very interesting and complex mix of scents which is surprisingly not too much - I usually find that scents with so many different notes are too 'busy'.
The scent is described as 'seductive' and one for evening wear. Whilst I agree that it is suitable for an evening out, I also find is suitable for daywear. It is not an everyday scent but, at the same time, it's not too strong or overpowering. It is definitely a deep scent though and it does seem to change slightly during the day when I wear it. It is not too sickly and lasts well - it will last all day with just a couple of sprays. I like that the scent is not too 'young' - it is pretty ageless. I could see all ages liking this, from teens to 60 plus and it probably wouldn't smell out of place on a woman of any age.
Overall, I really recommend this scent, it is one of my favourites and I always like to have a bottle of this in my collection.
Hugo Boss' 'Deep Red' is said to be "full of vitality, sexiness and energy", and an Eau de Parfum that blends fruit notes with sandalwood and musk to create an intoxicating mix. With this as the by-line you are intrigued by this perfume in the deep dusk red coloured bottle.
Although I have in previous reviews raved about the Hugo Boss perfume range, I have to admit this is my least favourite. Not that I don't like the scent, but after using my one and only bottle it will not be going on my Christmas list if I am honest. I prefer the lighter fragrances with floral tones than the heavier perfumes which Hugo Boss Deep Red being the later. However I wouldn't go so far as to say I disliked it.
The perfume is presented in a glass dark red bottle which is wider at the bottom and tapers up, slightly funnel shaped. The glass bottle is strong and sturdy and looks pleasant but is not the prettiest. It has a silver lid that conceals the spray nozzle, and 'Hugo Boss' is written in the same silver vertically down the stem of the bottle. The name 'Deep Red' is then reflected at the base of the bottle, again in the same silver tone.
The perfume is said to have top notes which include, blackcurrant, blood orange, pear, and tangerine. This is followed up with some more floral notes of freesia, hibiscus and ginger. The base notes are much deeper and include, Sandalwood, Californian cedar, vanilla and musk. Although the perfume is marketed as a floral scent, I would say that the perfume is more fruity than floral.
It is definitely more of an evening perfume as I found it quite heavy in the deeper tones of sandalwood, vanilla and musk and fruity notes to be used for all day. Fragrance wise you can detect the woody notes and musk and the citrus fruits, but I couldn't pick up on the more floral tones the perfume claimed to hold.
The perfume is quite strong and remains strong for a good 6-7 hours and then gradually fades. As a lover of light delicate perfumes this just felt far too heavy and strong for me but the scent itself was a pleasant if slightly overwhelming fragrance. The fact that the perfume was an EDP as opposed to EDT may explain some of the heaviness I felt as these do tend to a more concentrated fragrance.
As mentioned the fruity darker perfumes just aren't my cup of tea so for this reason I won't be looking to buy this again but for lovers of rich, fruity perfumes this may be worth a try.
I have noticed the perfume on sales in Boots, Superdrug and the Perfume Shop for between £30 & £35 for a 30ml bottle of EDP.
Having a fiancé who travels for work has some advantages, and one of them is that he is forever bringing me home perfumes and other nice things from the duty free. Last summer he bought me a bottle of Hugo Deep Red, and now it is one of my favourite perfumes.
This perfume smells amazing, it has quite a strong scent to it, though it isn't overpowering and lingers nicely in the air when I apply it. This perfume has quite a mix of different notes in its scent, it smells lovely, it has quite floral tones to it and also has a woody scent to it as well.
Hugo Deep Red has great staying power when it has been applied, it lingers on my skin and in the air for almost the whole day when I am wearing it.
This perfume comes in a nice dark red bottle, it is quite sleek and elegant looking and it has a silver top and Hugo Deep Red printed across it. I think that this perfume bottle looks really professional and elegant and matches the scent of the perfume perfectly.
This is probably my favourite perfume that I own at the minute, because of this I only like to wear it on special occasions or when I am dressing up to go somewhere nice, so I can keep my bottle for longer.
Clementine, Blood Orange and Blackcurrant.
Sandalwood, Cedarwood and Vanilla.
Fressia, Pittosporum and Ginger flower.
Price and Availability
You can buy this perfume in different bottle sizes, the price range for these include, 30ml for £29 and 90ml for £49 (based on Debenhams pricing). I think that this is a good price for this perfume because it smells so good and is nice to buy and wear as a little treat.
Overall I think that this is a lovely perfume, it smells lovely, has good staying power and is reasonably priced. I think that this was a lovely present to receive and would definitely recommend it. Overall I would give this perfume 5 out of 5 stars.

In my younger days when I was child free and could afford to spend lavish amounts of money on cosmetics and perfumes I found that I fell in love with perfume. Bottles of all shapes, scents and somewhat horrific price tags started filling up my room. However when my son was born my perfume buying habits came to an abrupt halt and I was left with the masses of bottles I already owned and left to use these rather than having 20 or so bottles on the go I had to use up each and every one and one of those perfumes were Hugo Boss: Deep Red. I'd always thought of Hugo Boss as a masculine brand but after testing their scents I was surprised to find that they had some really lovely smells that ranged from the light and feminine to the deep and sexy, this particular one being the latter.
*~* Price and Availability *~*
I bought my bottle from Superdrug but it is also widely available from various internet outlets and stores from perfume shops to department stores so this is widely available. A 30ml bottle will set you back around £20 so it isn't in terms of price the most expensive I have ever bought but it is definitely a step up from a Next spray at a fiver. It's worth keeping an eye on promotions and cheap scent websites as you can often pick it up a little cheaper there and as they say every little helps.
*~* Appearance *~*
This perfume comes in a box which is black and features a mini bottle in a brighter red on the front with a splash of blood red which bears the Hugo logo. It is simple with clean lines and just a splash of colour. I like that it is simple as it lets the perfume do the talking rather than being swayed by a pretty and unique bottle (which I have been on many occasions).
One inside the box you reach the perfume bottle which is almost cone shaped with a wide, flat bottom that slims upwards towards the cap. The body of the bottle is a very dark red almost verging on black and again is very simple and complements the name well. At the top is a cap which is a simple pull of revealing the spray mechanism underneath. Both of these parts are in silver, the same as the writing on the bottle. It is simple and sleek and I really like it personally.
*~* What Does It Smell Like? *~*
I can never work out notes and which level they are on so apologies for not having this extensive information but the individual components include: blood orange, clementine, blackcurrant and pear as well as sweet freesia's and ginger flower. Sandalwood, cedarwood and vanilla are also components.
Now I personally am always dumbfounded by the ingredients and how they blend together to make a scent and this is no exception. If I had to try and guess what was in this I would never pick these ingredients. As it is I can't detect any individual scent within the confines of the perfume but with these ingredients combined it gives a very rich, musky scent that has a hint of fruitiness in there. Unlike perfumes with a lot of fruit and gives a very sweet odour this does not. The 'deep' part of the name I feel is very apt for this as it does have a very deep scent that lasts on both skin and clothing giving a very sexy scent. I feel this is a perfume you have to smell to really get the full effect of as reading what someone has written really doesn't give it any justice.
*~* My Opinion *~*
I love this perfume. The scent is very deep and almost reminds me of cold winter nights wrapped up inside in front of a fire even though I usually associate this with a cinnamon scent which is lacking here. It has a warmth to it that you wouldn't expect, being at the opposite end of the spectrum in terms of perfumes which are girly, fruity and light. This scent is most likely suited to evenings, dates and winter but I personally would find any excuse to wear it. It is not what I had expected but it is perfect and I am glad I had it in my perfume collection. I definitely know what I'm adding to my birthday list and hoping someone takes me up on it. It may be more expensive than some other brands out there but it is worth it in my opinion. If perfume is not the perfect choice to splash out every once in a while what is?
Perfume for me is something I wear if I'm going out out. (Out out term: Going to a nightclub or late night bar). I don't tend to wear it just to go out to the shops or walking as I find it a waste or expensive perfume. Some people wear it everyday but if I wear it now and again, people tend to notice it.
I was bought two lots of the 30ml bottles for my 21st birthday as I asked for it. I love this perfume and it is great for making me feel glammed up. The first time I encountered the smell was through a friend. I was instantly drawn to her and wanted to know what she was wearing. Few days later, I went out and bought myself a bottle. It ran out pretty quickly and then I had Hollie so stopped wearing perfume for a year or two.
When I got some more perfume for my birthday, I was so excited to wear it and smell it again. The bottle is very elegant and sexy and is a spray on perfume. The bottle stays the same shape throughout the different sized bottles as there are a few different sizes to be able to purchase.
The scent is so desirable and addictive. The musky fruity floral smell. Most women all have their own preference of scent types. Mine is musk as I find it suits me best. I prefer to be wear this perfume when I'm wearing darker clothing and I have another perfume for lighter clothing. It's just something I've done for quite some time now and enjoy changing my perfume to fit my outfit. The scent always attracts attention and I get a lot of compliments from it.
My overall opinions:
I prefer this perfume over any other I have. The price is slightly off putting but I usually ask for it for birthday or Christmas presents, that way, I don't feel out of pocket. It definitely is my favourite perfume and I haven't smelt a scent like it before. It's very easy to know when someone is wearing it as it has it's own distinct smell. I haven't ever smelt any other perfumes for women by Hugo Boss but I might have to have a look into them to see what else they sell.
It's available in most drug stores and anywhere that sells perfumes.

Hugo Boss - Deep Red Eau De Parfum
Deep Red is one of the perfumes available for women, or rather in perfume lingo... 'For Her' in the Hugo Boss range.
I was originally introduced to Deep Red quite a few years ago when my mum returned from holidays with a bottle of it for my present as she didn't know what else to get me. I have since purchased countless bottles of the perfume as it is one of my firm favourites and I really enjoy wearing it.
Deep Red comes packed in a simple back and red square box. Inside the box is a nice looking round glass bottle with a matt silver coloured lid. The bottle is wide at the base and gradually gets narrower towards the top. I actually really like the bottle, I think it is simple yet effective and I love the bottles dark shade of red with silvery-grey lettering.
How Does It Smell?
Deep Red has a lovely warm scent, it is quite summery, fresh but at the same time quite sensual and kind of fruity too. It is a sweet smelling perfume and in my personal opinion it is in no way overpowering. I remember the first time I sprayed this perfume and I remember at the time thinking "mmmm....." (in a desiring way!) and instantly loving it.
I still love the smell of Deep Red and I often still think then same "mmmm...." when I spray it. Recently I have started to wear Deep Red again as I found half a bottle of it while I was unpacking some more things from when I moved. I had forgotten how good it smelt and since I have started wearing it again I have received quite a few compliments about how nice I smell.
I find that if I spray Deep Red on myself when I get dressed in the morning, it will last for the whole day. I find that the initial strength does wear off slightly after a few hours, but certainly not to the extent that I need to re-apply it. I really like the subtleness of Deep Red and it is one of those scents that I can easily recognise if I smell it on someone else as the smell is quite distinctive.
It has been so long since my last purchase of Deep Red that I cannot remember the price I paid, however a quick search online tells me that it is available for £29.95 on Amazon for a 50ml bottle.
Would I Recommend?
Yes, I would very highly recommend Deep Red, it is a gorgeous scent which I am actually tempted to describe as being rather sexual in its sensual-ness! I will definitely be buying it again when the current bottle is finished!
Thanks for reading :)
Hugo Boss produces a range of fragrances for men and women. This is a review for Hugo Boss Deep Red.
The bottle for HBDR has a circular base and the bottle gets narrower towards the top, where it is capped by a silver lid. The bottle itself is, or course, red with white writing on with the name of the perfume. The bottle has a spray dispenser. One issue I have with the lid on mine is that it is not very secure. It is fine when just being left on the side ready for use, but when I have taken it away with me, it rarely comes out of my suitcase with the lid on.
I find that HBDR has a very distinctive smell. It is quite musky and deep smelling. According to the website; 'It opens with notes of clementine, blood orange, blackcurrant and pear. The Middle notes contain freesia, ginger flower and ambrette. The warm sensual base contains sandalwood, cedarwood and vanilla'. I would associate almost all of these flavours with Christmas. I am amazed that people can recognise that many different aromas within one perfume. I personally only get the base scents. It has quite a warm and woody aroma and I can definitely smell the sandalwood. It is more of a 'sexy' perfume and definitely more suited to evening wear than day wear and I would say it is not suitable for younger girls. It is quite heavy when you first apply the perfume though not overpowering. You do not need to use much of it and it does last for a while.
If you purchase in Boots, a 30ml bottle of this perfume costs £29, 50ml for £39 or 90ml for £49.
Overall it is definitely on my list of favourite perfumes but is not an every day one for me. I usually only use this when we are going out for the evening and then generally only in Winter as I prefer something lighter and more floral for the Summer and during the day.
Thanks for reading.
Hugo Boss are well known for their large array of fantastic fragrances, this however is now and always has been one of my favourites not only out of hugo boss but any scent out their.
Deep red is far from a new scent, having been around for a good few years it is more of a classic than a newbie but it still holds its own.
I got the 50ml bottle as a gift this christmas after wanting it for a long while. I was slightly concerned that after a few years I would not like the scent but it is still as gorgeous as I remember.
The perfume has a musky base with fruity and floral uppertones. With freesia and orange coming through with a whole mixture of other perfectly complementing fresh and revitalising scents.
This is a warm but fresh scent that suits almosts everybody, it smells nice when you put it on and once its gone off, there is no oh ill give it half an hour to settle that you get with some perfumes.
The bottle is also very attractive, designed like a red lighthouse shape, sleek and attractive. As this isnt a newly released perfume it will not be in the smaller perfume sale places such as supermarkets which only tend to have a small selection but any good perfume retailer will have it, boots for one I know does for sure. If your not sure, ask it may simple not be on the main display.
The prices vary depending on the size of the bottle your after but you can expect to be charged between £20 and £50 depending on whether your after 30ml, 50ml or 100ml respectively. Also look out for sales, being a classic this tends to sit at a reasonably high, but average for top quality perfume, but if you do see a sale grab it.
So overall a stunning scent and attractive bottle that suits almost all types of people and holds its place in the fragrance world, it is not the cheapest nor most expensive but it is well worth its cost.
I give it a 9/10 the one is only for cost and the fact it is only in larger frangrance stores.
This is my favourite ever perfume. It is strong enough that it lasts all day or night, but not too strong that it is overpowering. The unfortunate thing is that it is very rare to buy here in the UK now, I tend to get it abroad as it is cheaper. It makes me very happy when I get it as a present for my birthday or christmas presents. Hugo Boss is well known for its fragrances but this is the best without a doubt. I tend to spend the bit more and get the bigger bottle then it lasts longer. All in all a very good buy and makes a brilliant present for women any age, although I am 24. My mum likes it too and shes in her fifties. Another bonus is my boyfriend really loves the smell too, so thats always a winner don't you think? Buy, Buy Buy!
Hugo Deep Red is a definate must buy. It has a really suductive, enticing fragrance about it. I got brough the larger bottle Christmas 2009 and I've still got half left, It lasts a long time as you don't need to spray loads of it on. Not only that but it lasts well throughout the day and if just as nice when it's slightly worn off later in the day.
Personally it's probably the most favourite perfume I've ever owned and would not think twice about buying/asking for another one when my eventually runs out.
It comes in a lovely presentable box and the glass bottle heavy than it looks. I'd reccommend getting the smaller sized bottle if you are thinking about carring it around in your bang. I've even dropped it from a small height and it didnt break (luckily) so that shows its a strong, well made product.
I also Haven't had any problems with leaking either which is always a good sign.
100% reccommended product, I just can't get enough of it.
I would have to confess to being a great lover of different perfumes and love to try new scents and fragrances.
Each year I can pretty much guarantee I will get a bottle of nice perfume for either Christmas or my birthday, and last year I received Hugo Boss Deep Red perfume.
The bottle is an elegant shape, in a maroon red colour with a silver lid. It is believed that the bottle shape comes from the shape of a slim champagne glass combined with the shape of a high-heeled shoe.
The perfume can be bought in a number of different size bottles, 30ml, 50ml and 90ml, currently priced at around £26, £36 and £46 respectively, available from most major stores.
The bottle I have is the 30ml which has lasted me a considerable length of time. I have used the perfume daily since the summer last year and I would estimate there is still about another month's wear left in the bottle, so despite the expensive price it does last a long time. I find that 2 sprays is quite sufficient to last through the day as it is a strong and long lasting fragrance, any more than 2 sprays and I have found it too overpowering for general daily wear and at times even making me cough!
The top notes of this fragrance are clementine, blood orange and blackcurrant, which combined form a fresh and vibrant feel to the fragrance. The heart notes are freesia, pittosporum and ginger flower giving the fragrance the spicy notes. Finally the base notes, which are the strongest of the fragrance, are sandalwood, cedarwood and vanilla. These base notes are what gives it that woody and earthy smell in my opinion.
For the price of the perfume I probably wouldn't go out and buy this myself simply because it is quite expensive and is probably a bit too strong a fragrance for my liking. It has however lasted me quite a while but despite this it is not my favourite Hugo Boss perfume I have tried and next time I will go for something a lot lighter and fresher smelling. This was just a bit too heavy for me.
This Hugo Boss perfume is a little too heavy for me, it has a smell that i just can't get used to and it actually makes me feel quite sickly. The best phrase i can use to describe it is like a 'Dark Orange', almost like a perfume version of Terry's Chocolate Orange minus the chocolate. It is a deep smell so i can certainly see how it got its name. The bottle is very red, so this combination is what makes it Hugo Boss's Deep Red!
It is very long lasting and stays on you for ages once you've put it on. I can often smell this on people when they walk by me too. But i think this is another 'Marmite' perfume, either you love it or you hate it. It isn't the cheapest of options to go for if you're looking to buy a perfume and is priced at around £40 for a 90ml bottle.
If i were to wear this fragrance again i think i would only wear it on a night time as it is too heavy for me for a day time.
Fruity And Floral /
