One of the perfumes in my collection is Hugo Boss Deep Red. I was given it for my birthday and I love it, especially the bottle. Its one of many fragrances in the Hugo Boss range.

The Bottle
Hugo Boss Deep Red comes in a very elegant stylish bottle. Its dark red in colour as you might expect. And has a silver lid. It is tall and round and tapers in towards the top. it's a relatively plain bottle with just Hugo written length ways down the front and below this in tiny letters is Hugo Boss with Deep red written right at the bottom. I think the plainness of the bottle is its charm, but its the deep red colour makes this perfume stand out from others.

When sprayed the perfume comes out in a fine mist, it doesn't drench your skin but sends a nice layer of perfume which dries quickly.

When I wear this perfume I can instantly smell the fruity tones of the top notes with the orange scents very evident. . These are fresh and light but seem to vanish almost immediately.
The fragrance then changes to a deep floral smell. Very oriental. The fragrance never loses this deep floral heady aroma but after a while I can begin to smell the vanilla and musk coming through.

Deep Red is a strong perfume which is what I like. Its heady, feminine and sensual. If I spray it on the morning it lasts right through the day and into evening. In my opinion it's a bit too strong for the office so I tend to save it for days out or evenings.
I don't think it would suit a young teenager, the smell is too heavy. It is more suited to someone in later teens or older.

This perfume is most certainly worth all 5 of the Dooyoo stars.
