Advantages: Great fragrance

Disadvantages: A bit too passe now?

way back when I really started taking an interest in personal grooming (somewhere between GCSEs abd Uni) I can accross Issey Miyake. It was reccomended in all the men's magazines as the best fragrance time and time again. All I can say is that I wasn't disspointed when I finally shelled out for some.

As someone who grew up pinching my dad's old spice or pacco robanne, this is really a cut above, full of spicy citrusy tones and really refreshing. Alas, it couldn't turn me into the suave lothario I would have hoped, but every girlfriend has commented on what a great fragrance it is. It might be a bit too light for autumn and winter (I tried Burberry Men, which has a much warmer, muckier scent) but is great for spring and summer.

I suppose the only problem would be that as it's such a good fragrance, it's high on everyone's list, so if you don't want to be part of the crowd, I suppose there's other, less well know fragrances out there.

For those of us who like it's dependable nature, this on's for us.

Which reminds me, I've almost run out.....
