I love this perfume and have made it my signature scent!

Being a 'Channel' girl I was dubious about changing. But at £84 a bottle of 'Channel Coco Mademoiselle' I find the smell doesn't last long (despite it being a EDP). I read 100's of reviews on this 'Jean Paul G' and then went to the store and sprayed some on me. I decided to bite the bullet and buy a bottle. I find it doesn't come in EDP, only EDT...I wonder why? Anyway........it's beautiful!!!!!!!!!!! It is so fresh and womanly and very feminine! My boyfriend always compliments me on it and the smell lingers for ever! It even lingers on your coat, scarf and your bed clothes :D I think I will make this my signature perfume from now on as I love it, and no other perfume I have tired has made me feel so feminine and sexy :P It is quite pricey - I paid £70 for the 100ml, but it is so worth it! I now am hinting to my bf to buy me the body lotion for Xmas ;)

      I will use it forever

I'm a fussy person when it comes to perfume, I refuse to buy perfume unless i've smelt it, the perfume shop must think i'm a pain in ther backside lol but I have to try different ones to see if I like them.

It wasn't until a friend came round the one day and I asked her what perfume she was wearing, it was lovely, she told me that it lasted forever and lingered on your clothes even after washing them. She told me it was Jean Paul Gaultier for women.

That was it, my mind was made up, I had to go and buy some, off I went to the perfume shop in Shrewsbury. I asked for a tester first so I could check that it was the right one, It smelt gorgeous on my skin, I was so delighted that I bought a 50ml Bottle, I new that I would be happy with this one and would be coming back for more.

The bottles start from a 30ml upto 100ml, and come a clear bottle shaped like a woman's bodice, the front of the bodice is actually smoked glass, very classey and makes the perfume interesting to look at, when the perfume is finished the bottle would actually make a nice ornament.
The perfume itself look like dark orange in colour and blends in well with the bottle.
The perfume is made up of Orange Blossom, Vanilla with a blend of Rose.

Bought from The perfume shop at the price of £44.99.

I have to say that my friend was right it does last on your clothes even after washIng them. It's a perfume that you don't need to put alot on as It's very strong, there is no need to re spray later on in the day as It wIll last you all day and more.

I have tried some of the other perfumes from Jean Paul but nothing compares to this one it is my all time favourite and no other brand in the shops beat this one.

For anyone out there that is looking for a strong and long lasting perfume, this is the one to buy in my opinion. My husband likes it on me and will always buy me a bottle for christmas and birthdays as he knows how much I like it.

It is one of the most expensive perfumes on the market and lasts a long time. Im very glad that I bought a bottle. Any new perfumes that come available in the shops I will find very hard to compare.

The best perfume on the market by a mile. Love it!

This fragrance has to be one of the best on the market. It smells divine, although fragrance is obviously a personal thing and not everyone will like this, It seems to be very popular. I know that most of my friends have owned a bottle of perfume at one time or another. I recieve a bottle every christmas since my partner knows i love it so much and he does'nt mind it either, I try to only wear it on special occasions as i would hate to waste it, but i find any reason to wear it! The design of this bottle is so original with it being a female body shape as is the packaging which is a metal tin. Its a bit on the pricey side but it is definitely worth every penny without a doubt. Im sure if you shopped around you could get a good deal, especially over christmas as they tend to sell the fragance with other items such as body lotion in a gift set. If your ever stuck with what to buy a woman, get her this, she will love it.

        A lovely seductive fragrance

All perfumes are personal and a lot smell different on different people, So there will always be debate on which is the best. This was brought out in 1993,This was around the time that designers were staring to realize the finacial potential of the perfume market and were targeting a younger clientel. CK., Tommy Hilfigure, DKNY and others. These ones were very popular but i found them all more or less the same, Very sweet and sickly.
But the Jean-Paul one was so different and a lot more subtle. It is a very sexy and seductive fragrance, and the other half loves it on me too!! It has now become my signiture perfume and hasn't dated with age.

        HISTORY
        ----------------
Jean-paul started as a designer and worked for Pierre Cardin in 1970. He was responsible for that outfit Madonna wore, You know the one with the pointy boobs! he set up his own line in 1976. And was widely known for the T.V series Euro trash.
He also tried to get men to wear skirts ( the other half has loads, NOT). And starred in a episode of Ab Fan with Jenifer Saunders.

        PACKAGING
        ------------------
This is the bit that firstly caught my eye. The other half first thought when he saw it that it looked like a baked bean can!
Then he bought it one year for me and said it was the most expensive tin of baked beans he had ever bought!
It comes in a silver can with the writing Jean-paul classique on the front and the size of the bottle.
To open you just twist the bottom and the top pulls off. Then you have the bottle, sitting on a stand. It is in the shape of a womens body in glass and frosted on is a basque, the bottle is clear glass and looks very elegant. And it doesn't look like one of those size 0 models, as you wouldn't get much for your money!
Around the neck of the bottle you get the seal, this is made to look like a necklace. You just pull it and then spray, you can then just clip it back.

        THE SMELL TEST
        --------------------------
What can i say i love it!!!!
But thats not going to explain it to you is it?
Ok the scent of a perfume is usually divided into notes : top, middle & base.
The top note is the scent you smell as soon as you spray.
The middle note is the scent you smell after the top note dies down.
The base note is usually mixed with the middle note after the top note has completly disappeared and that is the true scent of the fragrance.
        For this perfume the
Top note is: Lemon, Orange, manderin, rose

The middle note is: Jasmine, ginger & Ylang-Ylang

The base note is: Cedar , Amber, Cinnamon & Vanilla
So i bet that makes it so much clearer!
Looking at that list would make you think it is quite sweet and floral but it's not.
I can smell the cedar, amber & Vanilla. But everyone is different and fragrances do smell different on different people. So my best advice would be to go into a perfume store and test it.

        APPLICATION
        --------------------
The best places to spray are on the pulse points. I have actually found a good place to spray is the back of the knees.
When you spray on the wrists try not to rub them together.
Also it's not a good idea to test fragrances during that time of the month ( girls only!) as your hormones come into play and you may not get a true scent.
Do not over use as it can be a bit heavy. There is nothing worse than being able to smell someone before you see them!!

To keep your perfume fresh do not leave in direct sun light. It is better to keep in the dark.

        PRICE
        ----------
This one can be a bit expensive in boots it starts at
        £39.00 for a 50ml spray
        £54 for 100ml
But you can get it a lot cheaper if you shop around. Check E-bay and the other discount perfume sites.

        RANGE
        ----------
These are in a plastic pink bottle not a glass one.
        Body lotion
        deoderant spray
        Shower gel
To be honest i have never gone out to buy these, i usually get them in a gift set. They are nice but i would only use them on special occasions.

        LASTING EFFECTS
        ----------------------------
I do only use this if i am going out. I don't think of it as a day perfume. It does last the night and if i have fallen into bed after a few i can still smell it very lightly in the morning.
It is not very heavy and doesn't give me a headache as some can do.
The scent is quite unique and people normally say straight away what you are wearing.

All in all this is my best perfume. i know it's not new but i haven't found one to take it's place.
And i still get a kick of getting the other half paying a lot for a baked bean can!!!

          Advantages

          Disadvantages

This is a stunningly beautiful scent, divinely bottled, just perfect to create a sexual ambience.

          **Introduction**

Perfume is such a personal thing for a woman to wear, its each to their own. But I can honestly say that with this perfume by Jean Paul Gaultier it is loved by every female I know. And the male's too ;-P

My first spray of this absolutely magnificent "Classique" perfume had me hooked. I was only 15 at the time, after going into a leading department store to try all the perfumes out, this one brought me back time and time again, but, I couldn't afford a bottle. As soon as I started working, it was one of the first things on my list to buy.

          **Notes & Linger**

This is a beautiful oriental/floral style fragrance, with crisp, soft and spicy orange flower notes, subtle spices, blending amber, vanilla and wood. It is one fragrance that can be worn on any special occasion - or if you're like me, just for the hell of feeling wonderful. It gives you such a fantastic feeling of sophistication and makes you feel very sexy on a night out. It lingers throughout the whole day and evening - that's just from a single, simple spray in the morning, so a 50ml bottle will last you quite a while. I have had mine for about a year and that is having used it most days - it's still half full!

          **Packaging**

Being made by the famously crazy designer Jean Paul Gaultier it is obviously presented by no means like any other perfume. Launched in 1993 and being bottled in a female figurine shaped bottle and being contained within its notorious 'baked bean style tin' it is one that will sit ever so comfortably on your dressing table and will have any one of your girl friends asking to have a spray.

          **Price and Others In Range**

The RRP for a bottle of the 50ml Eau de Toilette Spray is £37.50 so take note of this as a guide to ensure a fair price when purchasing. This is a very reasonable price - I would pay this anyway, considering the sexiness and how long it lasts, this fragrance it is worth every single penny.

To compliment this scent you could also buy the matching shower gel, body lotion, body crème, foaming bath gel or deodorant spray to enhance the sensational scent of this fragrance. Of course, as well you can also buy the "Eau de Parfum" of this fragrance too - it will cost a bit more though, but worth it as a dab will literally last all day. If you are really rich and money is no object then the real "Parfum" is available but at a much higher cost, one of the benefits of the real “Parfum” is that you only need an absolutely miniscule amount and it holds its divine scent the whole day.

Jean Paul Gaultier also offers special edition bottles that you can collect - these bottles can be in the trademark female figure bottle but wearing a summer style dress for example, they also come in a matching limited edition style tin. I believe that these editions can be bought online - use any search bot or the DooYoo search facility to return good competitive results.

Prices do vary depending on whether you buy it online or on the high street; again use any search bot or DooYoo to find a good competitive price.

          **Summery & Recommendation**

So, to sum my review up - it is a must have fragrance for ANY super sexy female. And men, if you are looking to buy your partner a fragrance - believe me, this is one that she will not be disappointed with!

I most definately recommend this beautiful perfume... it really was made with the sexy woman in mind! Its also superb value for money... as mentioned a squirt will linger all day. It tantalises peoples noses as you literally walk by. Just perfection.

…Oh, yes definitely, it's the "Classique" for me!

          **Further Information**

For more information you can go to: www.jeanpaul-gaultier.com or simply perform a google search, there is plenty of information about on the internet about this very popular scent.

            Advantages

            Disadvantages

Any visitors to my house would be easily mistaken into thinking our bathroom was a mini Perfumery. No, joke I honestly think sometimes that I can hear their jaws dropping on the bathroom tiles as they spend a penny and marvel at the amount of perfume bottles I have on display in there. I have always loved perfume and this stems from my childhood when my mum always used to have a quick skoosh on her wrists while perusing around Boots and this is a custom I am guilty of.

One perfume that I am particularly fond of is Jean Paul Gaultier ‘Classique’ and I was first introduced to it about 5 years ago when I was at a wedding with my husband. We were in conversation with a couple we knew through family and while we were talking I was aware of a gorgeous scent that was wafting between us. Making sure not to offend I tactfully asked what the smell was, adding that the perfume was lovely. The woman went on to tell me that it was no other than Jean Paul Gaultier and she had bought it while on holiday after smelling it on somebody else and I knew then I had to have it.

Back in those days I wasn’t Internet savvy, so I just relied on local shops for buying perfumes, or waited until we were going on holiday so that we could buy it in the Duty Free shops. I think the first time I purchased a bottle of this scent I forked out just over £60 for a 100ml bottle of EDP. These days though I prefer to shop around and tend to buy from www.dutyfreeperfume.co.uk where I pick up the same perfume for £47 (delivery is free). A few of you might think this is pricey, but in all honesty a little certainly goes a long way and I think it’s worth it. . Jean Paul Classique is also available in a 50ml bottle and also in Eau de toilette, which is slightly cheaper than the Eau de Parfum. Expect to pay about £35 for 50ml EDT.

If I’ve not yet put you off this perfume you’ll want to know some more about it. The packaging is very interesting and does make a good topic for conversation. The bottle is encased in what can only be described as a tin can with a pull off lid. The bottle is nestled inside held firmly in place with foam, which also acts as protection against knocks. The bottle is strikingly sexy as it portrays the torso of a curvaceous woman with an enviable bust.

When you first use the perfume you will be aware of a handy little clamp/fastening type gadget. This is clipped in just below the spray mechanism and you simply pull it out before use. I always keep this clip as I find it hand whenever I carry the perfume around me in my handbag. It prevents the spray button being pushed so you don’t need to worry about any perfume being wasted.

When it comes to describing this perfume’s scent, it’s not as easy as I first thought, but I’ll give it a whirl. I hate over the top floral perfumes, so this is quite subtle in that sense. It’s fair to say that while Jean Paul Gaultier Classique is a strong scent it is in no way overpowering. It makes mincemeat out of other perfumes though as once sprayed on it lasts absolutely ages and you get a lingering aroma every now and then. The smell is quite fruity and there is a cheeky little side to it too. It is a warm smell if that makes any sense at all. It has top notes of rose, mandarin and oranges; middle notes of ylang ylang, orchids and iris while bottom notes are vanilla and amber. It almost reminds me of an oriental garden where you’ll find exotic flowers growing – it’s very sensual and indeed it drives my husband wild when I wear it.

If you like to stand out in a crowd then this perfume is certainly one for you – it’s ideal for wearing all year round, day or night and it is a dead cert to get heads turning. Just like all perfumes though, they don’t suit all skins. I have friends who have tried this and it smells completely different on them, so I count my lucky stars that I am one of the chosen few that this perfume suits.

              Advantages

              Disadvantages

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------ I was slightly apprehensive about writing this op, as there's not really too much you can say about perfume! However, I feel that I have to share this little beauty with you- in a word, it's fantastic. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *How did I come across this perfume?* I received this fragrance as a Christmas present a couple of years ago, and instantly fell in love with it. Since then, I've had 2 bottles, and another one is coming my way this Christmas! (Yes, I do use a lot of perfume- a girl needs to try her best!) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *A little bit of info on the man himself, Jean Paul Gaultier* A French designer, Gaultier was born in 1952 and slowly made his way up in the world of art and fashion, from joining Pierre Cardin in 1970, to furniture design in 1976. Eventually, he launched his own label in 1988, and his beautiful perfume ?Jean Paul Gaultier? (for women) in 1993. The men's version wasn?t launched until 1995. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *The perfume's packaging* The way in which this fabulous fragranced is packaged adds a lot of appeal to it: The silver 'baked beans'-style can looks quite contemporary, and is different to all the usual simple boxes which perfume is usually presented in. The can is emblazoned with Gaultier's name, making it a must for any fashion-conscious female to proudly display on her dressing table! Once you've opened the can-which, admittedly, was quite difficult when I first tried it-the perfume itself is encased in a wonderfully stylish bottle, in the sh
ape of a woman's body (pert breasts and a lean stomach). This really is quite special, as I believe it reinforces the incredible femininity that this perfume offers a woman. Additionally, the bottle is pink, which furthermore reinforces this point. I think it?s worth mentioning that the TV advert for the perfume also makes it a lot more appealing, as the woman featured is dressed up very sexily in a pink corset, which relates to the bottle. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *Who will the perfume suit best?* If you're a fun-loving, outgoing girl who likes to spice things up a bit every now and again, then this really is the perfect fragrance for you. I apologise if I?m starting to sound like one of those annoying ladies at a beauty counter, by the way! It really is an immensely sexy perfume, and isn't intended to be used by a shy and retiring type. This perfume gets you noticed, by men and women alike. It's one of those fragrances where, if you smell it on someone walking past in the street, you get that sense of fulfilment because they smell so good. It may sound like I'm exaggerating, but this perfume is one of the best aphrodisiacs that I'm aware of! Now, it's really difficult for me to explain what this scent is like. It's quite a powerful perfume; it may be too strong for some people. It's great for making an impression on people though, and it's always nice when someone compliments you on how nice you smell. As well as the perfume not being suitable for those who like more clean, fresh scents than sugary, luxurious ones, this perfume may just not be right for some people. After all, we?ve all heard about the 'signature scent' theory, and how certain perfumes-no matter how good quality they are-just don't suit some people. As this is a very heavy scent, I'd say it would probably be
best for y ou to test it first at a beauty counter, if you haven't already done so. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *The scent* As I've already said, the scent is one of luxury. Whilst some people may love this, others may find it too sickly and sweet. I can't really identify each separate ingredient in the perfume, but there is definitely a hint of something sweet there, maybe vanilla. But the sweetness is given an edge with its tanginess, making it the perfect all-rounder in my book. As I don't know any jargon (all that stuff about 'notes', etc.), I'll simply describe it as quite a musky, sweet scent. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *When should this perfume be worn?* A lot of people have argued that this perfume is solely for nighttime use only. I disagree. Yes, it is amazingly sexy. But why can't you be sexy during the day? I agree that it's far too heavy for swelteringly hot summer days, but apart from that, I wear it all the time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *The price* At around £40 for 50ml, this perfume is quite expensive. But trust me, it most definitely is worth shelling out the extra cash for. Or you could just ask for it as a present, like I've always done! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *Extra info* The 50ml bottle lasts for quite a while, depending on how much you use. As it's quite heavy, you'd only need to use a little each time, so one bottle goes a long way. Also, there are numerous lotions and potions available to accompany this perfume. Unfortunately, I can't really c
omment on them as I don't own any (as yet!). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------- *Conclusion* I think that just about covers it! There's also a men's version of this called 'Le Homme', which I haven't actually smelled, but I'm sure is just as desirable (and it also comes in a bottle shaped like a man's torso). A little note for all the men reading this: Do consider buying this as a Christmas present for your wife/girlfriend, as I'm sure she?d be delighted with it! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------

                Advantages

                Disadvantages

Everything about this perfume is fantatic except for the price, which is why I personally always save my yearning for a new bottle until xmas or my birthday. But even though it is fairly pricey, I paid £37.99 for my last 50ml eau de toilette bottle, you get alot for your money. I use the silver "can" that the bottle comes in, which resembles a unlabelled tin of food, as a funky vase/chic pen-holder/ make-up brush storer. The actual perfume lasts ages as you only need to spray a small amount on and it will last a long time, particularly if sprayed in hair or on clothes. Be careful when choosing the strength of the scent however. I usually like a fairly strong scent that others will notice and usually buy perfume in its eau de parfum variety, but the eau de toilette of Jean Paul Gaultier is strong enough for me; anything else might be too overpowering. Once you've finished the perfume, it is virtually impossible to bring yourself to throw the empty bottle away, it is so beautiful. I use my empties to adorn my dressing table and put hair bobbles and jewellery over the bottle's neck. If you are as fickle as me about scent and love a perfume until you actually buy it, (and then you hate it and have to give it away to your mum), these pointers might help you out before you buy it: -If you like the smell of vanilla and chocolate (think Palmers cocoa butter) then you will probably love this scent. -if you generally prefer fresh, green scents then you may get fed up of this very quickly or it may be too rich and sickly for you. -try before you buy by spritzing it on you (and I mean YOU and not one of those paper stick thingies!) and making sure your partner has a whiff at it. My boyfriend doesn't mind it but isn't a great fan...but I don't care...I love it!

                  Advantages

                  Disadvantages

This is a perfume that a girl can get obsessed about, have a love affair with and show off on a shelf with pride. It embodies everything that women want to be: sexy, enchanting, mysterious and above all, a beautiful creature. The first rush of rose and tangerine hits you full on in the face, stiring your senses, which is then followed by a deeper scent of orchids and subtle ginger. Finally, the alluring haze of vanilla and musk starts to seep through after about 20 minutes. When I wear this perfume, men notice it. I once had a partner bury his head next to my neck and inhale deeply, as though he was intoxicated by the smell. Of course, then he spoilt it by saying 'You smell nice tonight love, better than usual'. As much as this perfume promises enhanced sexuality, not even it can make most guys romantic!

                  Disadvantages

It's a bit of a tricky one, reviewing perfume. As I've said above, where do you start? They are all made of pretty much the same ingredients, but they all smell so different, but how do you describe a perfume smell? Well, I'm going to give it a go!!! And my choice? Jean Paul Gautier, not the one for men, but the one for women. I know it's been out for a long time but I still ove it and find it one of the most sensuous scents around. Everyone must have seen Jean Paul in the shops, it's the one in the curvy female body shaped bottle, which looks very sexy in itself (if a bottle can look sexy!) it certainly caught my attention. But the main reason you buy perfume is not a sexy bottle (although it helps) it's the scent itself. I'll do my best to describe it, it's a kind of floral, sweet scent. It's not a 'classical' fragrance like Chanel No.5, it's more of a fun, young fragrance. It's also quite powerful, so you don;t need to apply a lot (I'm not talking from personal experience here, my girlfriend uses it, honest!!!). But although powerful, I wouldn't say it is overpowering. You don't have to leave the room a few minutes after someone enters wearing it. It is also very distinctive. There have been many times I've been out shopping or in a bar and picked up that distinctive smell as someone walks past, it's absolutely lovely! Now, the price. It's not cheap, but then most quality perfumes aren't, so there's nothing new there! I've had a look at the perfume shop wewbsite, as they are usually quite cheap, and you can but it for £38.99 for a 50ml Eau de Toilette, which is about average for a quality perfume these days. (www.theperfumeshop.com). Another good thing about this scent is that there is quite a range of products to choose from, great for my girlfriend who can pamper herself and 'layer' her fragrance, not so good for my b
ank balance. You can buy things such as body cream and shower gel and other such stuff. So there you go, I've given it my best shot to describe the scent, it may not be brilliant but I'm not very creative I'm afraid. I like it and I would recommend a quick sniff next time you're down the perfume counter.

If you want a present to give to someone close then this is a perfect perfume bottle. It has the design fit to capture anyone’s mind. A body of a women, in a see through bottle then with a tin lid over it. It’s just an excellent bottle of perfume. One for the dressing table. It costs around £37 so it should be someone close. If you buy it from a perfume shop then they might even wrap it up for you. I bought my Mum a bottle and she really loved it. The bottles comes in different designs and you can even buy a pack of six miniature Jean Paul Gaultier bottles. The perfume itself is very nice and is suitable for almost every occasion. It makes you feel really good, gives you that extra confidence you need. It can be worn for going out or just for work. I would buy this for myself although I would probably keep it so it looks good on my dressing table or I would give it to a close friend for a birthday.

I love perfume and Jean Paul is always on my Christmas list. It is a smell that most people recognise as it is extremeley popular. What grabs most peoples attenion has to be the design of the bottle, which is original and definetely one to keep on your shelf. if you like it then you might try the scent. Well, thats how I normally choose, as well as recommendations from other people. However, it is nice to have a unique smell. If thats what you want then Jean Paul is probably not for you. What it will do is get you attention. If I wear it people have commented that I smell nice, which is always a good thing. The men's scent is a right horn potion. It also has to be one of the only perfumes that I have that lasts for most of the day. It is also the one that I use the least as I get depressed when I have little left. You can buy it from Boots, Chemists, Internet and mail order catalogues.

                      Disadvantages

Thought that might get your attention. A few months ago I went hunting for a new perfume; this involved trekking around Boots and other department stores spraying every one until I had no space available on my body - that's when I got a feeling that everyone was staring at me in disgust. At that stage, not one of the perfumes stood out to me as being particularly special. I spotted Jean Paul Gaultier because it's very hard to miss (a clear bottle shaped like a volumptious woman stood out). I fell in love with this as soon as I sprayed it on, but decided not to buy until I'd let it settle, because that's what the experts tell you to do - something to do with top notes, middle notes and bottom notes and the fact that it will smell different once it has had chance to settle on your skin. The original Jean Paul Gaultier comes in great packaging - a silver tin and is quite a spicy fragrance. It consists of anise, orange blossom, ginger, ylang-ylang, vanilla, musk and more. I would say it is for night-time only. It will definitely get you noticed but not because it's overpowering like some perfumes. I went back and bought the Summer version of this fragrance (Eau de Parfum) after frequent visits for a quick spray (I was also getting recognised). It was hard to decide which version to buy as they are both as good. The summer one is just a lighter version of the original, packaged in a very colourful bottle in a colourful tin. It is more subtle and refreshing so can be applied for daytime. Because it is less strong, the smell does not last as long - that's why I spray it all over. I do treat it as a body spray at the moment because I love it so much. Hopefully the novelty will wear off soon as I will have none left. The Eau de Parfum is the second strongest; the strongest being Parfum. The differences are simply a matter of the amount of concentration of oils in the perfume. The h
igher the concentration of these oils the longer lasting the perfume. I have also noticed there is a body milk available which seems to smell even better(not sure if this is for the original as well), but have seen the Summer version. Also shower gels and body lotions. I may get these and the original Jean Paul Gaultier with my Boots Dooyoo vouchers, so PLEASE read more of my reviews. The price varies, depending on where you go. Expect to pay between £30-£45 just for the Eua de Parfum. Jean Paul Gaultier also do a cologne for men which is the shape of (guess what, a man's torso). I know this may appeal to some people to have matching bottles on the dressing table.

Jean Paul Gaultier in my view is an excellent perfume. I bought this formyself when I got my new job and the thing that made me buy it was the fact that it came in such good packing. The container was beautifully decorated, and the perfume itself smelt so nice. The fragrance was not that strong but enough to make you feel good, it smells really nice, light and gentle. I am really impressed because it has lasted me a long time and that is suprising. I will be definately be buying it again when this one finishes. It cost quite abit around £40, but I think that it is worth it.

If you are a shy, retiring wallflower, then this fragrance is not for you, but if you are an up for it, confident woman of the new millenium, then all I can say is Go Girl!!!!! Beautifully packaged in a silver can, the atomiser bottle is shaped like a voluptuous woman. The perfume itself is sensual and sexy, strong without being overpowering. One or two squirts of this and you are ready to take whatever the world wants to throw at you. Wear it for an evening out and you are guaranteed to attract attention and be noticed. Definitely worth investing the best part of £50 on.
