All perfumes are personal and a lot smell different on different people, So there will always be debate on which is the best. This was brought out in 1993,This was around the time that designers were staring to realize the finacial potential of the perfume market and were targeting a younger clientel. I'm a fussy person when it comes to perfume, I refuse to buy perfume unless i've smelt it, the perfume shop must think i'm a pain in ther backside lol but I have to try different ones to see if I like them.
