Joop is an old tried and trusted aftershave that I have been wearing since I was a teenager. Now I know a LOT of people don't particularly care for this aftershave but myself and a few other discernible gentlemen like it a lot. Following on from my previous review really, I love a smelly man - no not booze and B.O I'm talking a stunning fragrance that's to die for. I used to be such a fan of Joop but after my brother overdosing himself in it recently I've really gone off it I think. Joop is surpsingly quite an expensive and popular aftershave, you can also by the eau de toilette too. Joop is a man's aftershave that these days come in different colours and fragrances. I am going to review the red original Joop because this is the only one of the Joop range I have ever used. I started using this about 10 years ago and it started from a friend of mine. We were going on a night out and I was getting ready at his house. Obviously when you go out you have to put some aftershave on. I have worn this for years, its not my main aftershave and never was to be honest , but I do wear it occasionally these days. And as you will no doubt have read other revies on this aftershave and I can see why people have given it a low score...its easily done. You see the thing is this aftershave is one of the strongest that I think you can buy....its pretty potent and can sting the nostrils. But the trick is if you only put on one or two short sprays tops. Joop Homme, Aftershave first came to my attention some 14 years ago as a present from my parents. At the time I really liked it, and I used to wear a splash of it for work each day.
