Having tried most of Juicy Coutures fragrances, this one is my favourite. It''s a fun fresh fragrance and is readily available for a great price, especially in gift sets that include shower gel or body lotion as well. Unfortunately the smell doesn''t last for ages and I feel that this product can sometimes fade quickly. This fragrance would be perfect in a Travalo because it''s nice for a burst of fragrance throughout the day without having to carry around the awkward shaped and heavy bottle in a handbag. This is a fragrance I always have on my dressing table and this is probably one of my favourite perfumes ever.
I love Juicy Couture's fragrances and I own nearly all of them.
Couture Couture was first launched in 2009.

~ Bottle ~
The bottle is made from glass. It has a small round base and curves outwards to a larger round neck and then it curves up to a point where the spray dispenser is.
There are ridges all around the bottom of the bottle and then smaller ridges all around the top of the bottle.
The bottle has a necklace, which is a neon pink piece of material lined with a metal zip, which crosses over at the front making it look a bit like a bow.
There is a zip attached with two charms on. There is a gold coloured letter 'J' charm with a little crown on the top of the 'J' and there is a little gold chain with a pendant with, 'LoveG&P' on it.
The 'J' stands for Juicy and the 'G&P' stands for Gele and Pamela, who created the Juicy Couture brand.
I am not keen on this necklace, but I do like the little charms. I would have preferred neon pink to be left out of this bottle design as it could be considered tacky. The necklace can be removed, but I prefer to keep my belongings the way they are meant to be.
A clear ridged cap sits over the spray dispenser and on top of it is a large gold metal emblem with the Juicy Couture logo on it and a crown on the top. I really like the lid. The gold coloured metal actually feels quite heavy.
I think overall the bottle design is really nice. It certainly has a lot going on and I don't mind the neon pink zip too much.
~ Scent ~
This perfume has a lovely juicy fruity scent. It is sweet, but it certainly doesn't smell cheap like some sweet scents can. It has a bit more depth than your average sweet perfume.
I was sure I could detect berries in this fragrance, but there are no berries in the list of notes. Perhaps it was the plum that I could detect, but what I can smell seems sweeter than that.
The top notes are mandarin orange, African orange flower and grapefruit.
The heart notes are jasmine, honeysuckle and plum.
The base notes are amber, vanilla and sandalwood.
It smells delicious. I think the fruity notes dominate the fragrance, but there are subtle floral undertones.
It takes a while for the base notes to be revealed. I can detect the amber, but even when the base is revealed the fruitiness still remains.
I find that the fruity notes in Couture Couture are quite strong and defined. With many fragrances I find that the fruity notes are quite weak and are the first to wear off or blend in with the other notes making them less distinguished.
If anything the florals in this fragrance are more difficult to pick out as they are concealed by the dazzling fruity notes that steal the show in this perfume.
As the fragrance develops it has quite a powdery scent, but it still holds onto the fruity notes.
It is a very summery scent and it conjures up images of blackberry picking in the sunshine and walks in the woods. I find it very feminine and uplifting.
It is one I often choose to wear on summer nights although I have worn it on warm summer days as well. I think it is suited to both day time and night time wear and for that reason it is a fragrance I am considering taking on holiday with me.
It is described as an oriental-floral fragrance by Juicy Couture, which to me, is completely inaccurate. I think the florals take a backseat in this fruity fragrance and it doesn't have an oriental scent at all to my mind.
I think this is more mature than other scents that Juicy Couture have released. I think women of all ages would appreciate it, but I think the bottle design suggests that this perfume is aimed towards younger women.
I have found this perfume has good projection. I find that I notice it on myself now and again throughout the day.
I have found it to be long lasting. It lasts on my skin for around 6 hours before wearing off, which isn't bad.
~ Conclusion ~
I think this perfume smells gorgeous.
It is fruity, feminine and delicious. It is very summery and the scent is uplifting.
It is quite a versatile fragrance, being suitable for women of all ages and suited to both day time and night time wear.
The scent is strong enough to be noticed and I have found that it is long lasting on my skin, still evident after 6 hours of wear.
I like the bottle. It is very different. It has a nice shape and I like the big gold ornamental lid, but I think the pink zip necklace makes it look a bit less elegant than it could have looked.
This fragrance is great, but there are others by Juicy Couture that I prefer. I still think this perfume deserves the full 5 stars.
I bought this perfume after falling in love with one of Juicy Couture's other perfumes Viva La Juicy. I first smelt this perfume when I was going through Stanstard Airport and saw it in the Duty Free shop.
The perfume comes in a white box, with a gold boarder round the edge and two pink stripes down the middle. Juicy Coutures symbol can be found on the front in gold, along with the product and brand name in pink and black in the centre. The bottle is glass and is very heavy so feels very good quality. The lid for the bottle is a gold metal which is in the shape of Juicy Couture's logo, round the neck of the bottle there is half a pink zip, connected together with a gold J and "couture couture" charm.
I absolutely love the smell of it, it is a subtle sweet feminine smell but it is not too overpowering. The product details say it smells of " top notes of mandarin orange, grapefruit, and orange blossom; heart notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, and plum; and base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, and amber." I love the smell it is more professional than my other perfumes i have so i only use it on special occasions. The only reason i would say i personally use it for certain occasions is because all my other perfumes are very sweet and very girly, whereas this one for me is a lot more subtle, it still has the girly scent to it, but just not as strong.
The staying power is very good, it lasts all day, and everyone including my self can smell it all of the time, it does begin to fade but is always there, even to the point when the next day i go to put my clothes in the was i can still smell it.
I would definitely recommend this perfume for anyone who loves feminine scents, but likes to also have some subtle ones too, to cater for every occasion. I cannot fault it, i bought it when is was selling at £60 but having just quickly looking on amazon it is currently selling at £40.50 so i think it is brilliant value for money
