Lacoste Essential aftershave is a simply wonderfull fragrance. The modern and fairly new aftershave is a great product from their range. It is a very sophisticated fragrance but has an element of freshness and sweetness to it that i simply love. The smell is very strong and recognizable amongst other aftershaves but still holds an element of disguise about it. The sweet and refreshing smell of lacoste essential keeps me going throughout the day with lectures, and just smelling my shirt or jumper is all thats needed to put a smile on my face. Following on from my review of Lacoste Pour Homme I decided to review another of my favorite fragrances and again from Lacoste. Lacoste Essential was my first Lacoste Fragrance and one of the nicest fragrances I have owned. There are a few Lacoste Essential products available, they are Eau de toilette, Shower Gel, After shave and balm and finally a deodorant stick. My boyfriend wears this scent and been a fan of it for a few years. Although I like this smell on him I don't think this is something I would have picked out myself. This is a very masculine scent, it has woody, fresh smell with fruity undertones. I can always tell when my boyfriend has applied this aftershave because it is very distinctive and it lasts a long time. I think that a lot of aftershaves on the market have a feminine smell to them but you can definitely tell that this scent was developed for men. Lacoste: Essential is one of my favourite aftershave I have ever used, also my girlfriend loves me more when I use it lol. Well what can I say about this aftershave, well it isn't the most expensive, with price range from £20-40 depending on size of bottle. This aftershave has a unique smell to it that will always attract women, with compliments all the time. I bought Lacoste Essential eau de toilette because I use organic deodorant, which doesn't really smell of anything except plants, so I wanted something that had a nice smell that I could wear at the same time. I wouldn't normally comment on packaging, but I feel it needs a mention in this case. The box it comes in is a really nice shiny green color, simple but very stylish. The bottle is gorgeous, again simple but stylish with a brushed aluminium top and big crocodile logo embossed into the glass.
