I own many aftershaves in my bathroom but i have to say that red lacoste is one of the best i've ever had. I first purchased red lacoste about a year and a half ago and from trying the first spray i simply fell in love with it. It has a very sweet, suculent smell to it, that is perfectly light and fresh compared to Hugo Boss or Joop. The aftershave is quite underlying, and it dosent shout out with a strong scent. However, i think this is really quite a nice characteristic to the aftershave and different to the other ones out there. This is the most attractive smell know on the face of the planet. It comes in a box oblong shaped with a deep fading grey on the top and middle and a vivid red which other wise covers it completely. The glass in which the liquid comes in is a kind of oval shaped glass with these smooth ridges along both of the sides. It also dents in slightly. It fits perfectly in the grasp of your hand also. A friend of mine was wearing an aftershave that I liked, so after asking what the fragrance was, I promptly went out and bought my own bottle of Lacoste Red. That was quite a while ago and I am now on my third bottle of it. Packaging The box that this aftershave comes in is bright red with the Lacoste logo and the word Lacoste written in white across the front. The top and bottom of the box are black. The actual bottle is glass which is red at the bottom, and clear at the top. This makes the aftershave inside look like it is coloured at the bottom. Lacoste Red is one of the nicest fragrances available today. Having sampled many of the different fragrances out there, Lacoste Red was comfortable one of my favorites. As I have stated in my review of the general Lacoste brand, it is a very fashionable brand and definately popular among the youth. This spray is good value for money as it is not too expensive by comparison to other brands such as Armani etc. The box set is a very good value and would make an ideal Christmas present for any man.
