**** Introduction ****

I have always worn Christian Dior Perfumes for as long as I can remember so this Christmas, I asked my husband to buy me something different thinking that if he like it that it would be fine for me to wear.

After un-wrapping a stunningly wrapped package on Christmas day I found that I had been treated to a Lancome Hypnose perfume gift set.

**** Lancome Hypnose ****

This I a brand I have seen advertised and alway thought that it looked really nice because of the stunning glass bottle, that is basically a slightly twisted tube of glass. The thing that made this stand out for me on first impressions was the heavy bottle.

The perfume is a lilac / blue colour and smells devine. it is a very light but sweet smelling scent that lasts for hours after it has been sprayed on to my skin.

I love this for both day and evening ware, so I feel it is suitable for many different types of people.

As I got this as a gift set, I got a 30ml bottle of perfume but you can also buy this in a larger 50ml bottle.

This hypnose retails for roughly £36.00 for a small bottle and a £48.00 for the bigger bottles in any lancome counter in any debenhams shop.

**** My Views ****

This is not something I would have bought myself but I have to say my husband chose wisely and I totally love it, both the scent and the bottle were very appealing for me.

I think this makes a perfect gift for a loved one of just a treat for your self, as it is a perfume that can be worn at any time.

This is expensive for a perfume but much cheaper than some brands, I have had this for a little over four months and I still have half a bottle left, which is very good as I wear it on a daily basis.

Summary: Recommended as a treat for your loved one.
