Blush Marc Jacobs is the latest addition to the Marc Jacobs fragrance portfolio and it remains my favourite perfume by a long shot!

I first tried it when I received a sample years ago and loved it so much I am on to my fifth bottle now! I used to buy it in Harvey Nichols but they tell me they don't stock it anymore - nevermind as its still available online and even better at about half the price it was in Harvey Nicks (lowest price I have seen is £27.95 for 50mls).

The bottle and packaging are really sleek and sophisticated but still feminine.
The box is mirrored silver and the actual bottle is a peach coloured long rectangle shape with a silver lid.

It is described as a sensual blend of rare Star Jasmine and Japanese Honeysuckle, and was created to echo the sweet smells of Jacobs' Parisian garden. It has notes of orange blossom & jasmine and is blended with sandalwood, musk & cashmere wood.
I think you can definitely smell the honeysuckle but without a doubt the topnote is the orange blossom which comes out in a really natural way (not artificial like a shower gel for instance).

Its quite understated and by that I mean it's not one of those really overwhelming heavy perfumes which I personally hate. You wear it rather than it wearing you.

The scent lasts a long time on my skin I think the eau de parfum lasts longer than the eau de toilette.

I have also reviewed Marc Jacob's newest scent 'Daisy' which is also gorgeous but Blush wins hands down for originality. It has become my signature scent and I get loads of compliments when I'm wearing it.

Verdict: this one is a keeper and I will wear it till they totally discontinue it!
