Advantages: pretty packaging, lovely bottle, light summery scent

Disadvantages: none that i can think of except maybe price for some people

My boyfriend bought me this perfume for my birthday, and I couldn't have been happier! I'd wanted this particular perfume for some time, even though I hadn't previously been aware of Marc Jacobs as a perfume creator, rather than a fashion designer.

The box that the perfume comes in is a pleasant sign of things to come, as it is simple, pretty and not garish. It is plain black, with little daisies emblazoned around the sides of the box, and the name of the perfum printed in small letters on the front. Then you open the box and come to the bottle of the perfume itself. that bottle is smaller in width than height, and a sort of oblong shape but with rounded edges and corners. It is easy and comfortable to hold when you spray because of this. Then comes the main draw of the packaging, the white daisy lid, which consists of three white daisies varying in size clustered around each other. The material which the daisies are made of appears to be some kind of soft-ish rubber or plastic, which makes it easier to remove.

Then comes the perfume itself, which is a beautiful light and summery scent. Perhaps some might argue that it is more suited to daytime wear, but I would argue that one could wear it anywhere, as long as you don't have a passion for heavier, overwhelming scents in the evening. And on the plus side, the fact that my boyfriend picked it out himself proves that it is the kind of perfume that men would like the smell of.

All in all, I would say that this is my favourite scent on the market at the moment, and well worth the (not unreasonable) price.

Summary: buy it! or better still, get someone else to buy it for you!
