Advantages: Cheap(ish), lovely pretty smell
Disadvantages: Cheap/irrelevant bottle
My ex boyfriend bought me this perfume last year as a present (bad start hey!) because I smelt a sample in a magazine and just had to have it. Its an absolutly gorgeous intriging smell.
I have had a bad experience with Nina Ricci, I had one perfume by her (L'air de Temps or something???) and was completly put off as I thought it smelt absolutly disgusting and of old ladies! So this was a nice surprise to smell what I assumed was an old ladies scent to be delciously entrancing.
The bottle- not sure why it is really in the shape of an apple, as although it contains grapefruit, green apple, raspberry, jasmine, Sambac blossom, caramel, apple tree accords, vanilla and sensual musk, I don't think it would be the best perfume bottle shape to chose as the scent of apple doesn't really stick out too me. I also feel its a slightly copy of DKNY Be delicious.
The silver lid and leaves also fell off after a while. I loved the pinky red colour however.
The scent is really nice, very pretty as the name suggests, and I think any age could wear this. I find it really hard to describe scents but this scent just reminds me of summer time. Despite the disappointment with the quality of the bottle, the scent more than makes up for it!
The price varies from between £25 and around £40 which is cheaper than a lot of perfumes that I have had, however I understand that you are mainly paying for the brand with perfume.
I will probably be buying this perfume again, however it is not my favourite of all time I love the smell of it and is a real summery scent.
Summary: Lovely fragrance
