Advantages: Very good value for money, pretty scent

Disadvantages: Scent does not last long, bottle looks cheap

I bought this fragrance in the sale after christmas with a body lotion and a shower gel. It came in a cute cosmetics case and was reduced to about £4.99 in Boots, so I would definately recommend waiting until after christmas in the sales to get it.

The actual fragrance is very young and fruity and is definately aimed towards a younger market i.e. girls in their early teens, as it smells a bit too sweet for an older person to wear it; I am 19 and can just about get away with it. I would say that it is more of a day scent, as it is quite fresh, light and flowery so not strong enough to wear out in the evenings.

The top notes consist of champagne mimosa, orange, peach granita and passion fruit, the middle notes are tiare flower, honeysuckle, dewberry blossom, star jasmine, ylang-ylang and grenadine and it has base notes of vetiver, blonde woods, tonka and violet leaf. This creates a fruity and floral fragrance, which is not the nicest that I have ever experienced, but certainly not the worst.

One downside is that even though it is a eau de parfum, the scent does not last for very long. When you first apply it, the smell of alcohol is quite overpowering, but after a few minutes it disappears and leaves a pleasant fruity scent. After a few hours the scent has almost completely gone and this may sound a bit strange, but I think that once the scent has worn off a bit, it smells like a hair salon.

The bottle is clear glass with a pink sequined strip across the back inside. On the back of the bottle is a mirror, which although slightly cloudy, is fairly good quality. Paris Hilton is written in gold italics vertically on the right hand side of the bottle. The bottle does look a bit cheap, however, it probably would look quite nice on a young teenager's dressing table. The packaging is a black box with Paris Hilton on the front.

As mentioned previously, I bought the perfume for £4.99 in the sale at Boots, although the fragrance is still available there for £17.99 for 100ml; a 50ml bottle is available on Amazon for £12.95. This is very good value for an eau de parfum!

Overall, a pleasant fragrance perfect for young teenagers as a first perfume.

Summary: Pretty fragrance aimed towards young people
