Advantages: strong heady

Disadvantages: expensive, doesn't suit everyone

The reviews on this sight seem to fall in two opposing camps. You either love it or hate it. This propably shows how distinctive the fragrance is.

If something was insipid then people would find boring ordinary things to say about it, but this has such diametric opinions that it really must be soemthing different.

I really like it and have done for many years - yes it is heavy and strong but you learn not to put too much on. I think it is also one of those perfumes that can smell quite different on different people.

I'm not sure I associate this perfume with older people I always associate Lavender and floral perfumes with older people.

The bottle is very distinctive and has become iconic in its own right. It propably wouldn'tgrace evryones dressing table as it is s deep purple colour but as I tend to keep my perfume in its bottle it doesn't really bother me too much.

I love the subtle mystical smell of the perfume it is heady and spicy. I think this is one perfume you need to go and try in the shop go away for an hour check your wrist and see if you like it then - don't make your decision as soon as you put it on your wrist - you need to give the perfume time to develop with teh oils on your skin
