I've got so many bottles of after-shaves and colognes sitting around gathering dust, that I sometimes think I could nip down to Downing Street and mask the bad smell that emanates from there on a daily basis...nah, now that I think about it, no-one's got that much! Still, it's hardly surprising that I'm gifted the stuff on an all too regular basis, I've always been clean-shaven...ish. Oh yes, Gingaro does indeed stink. He smells of the sweet smell of Polo by Ralph Lauren and today, I’ll be giving my worldly-wise opinion on it. If you want to smell like a 1970's City Stock-Broker, the Polo cologne is one of the best options you have. My dad, who consequentially was a stock broker in the late 70s & 80s wears this cologne. And has passed down this tradition to me as I got it for my 20th Birthday. I really enjoy the smell, as it is some what different to other, typical colognes. The packaging is typical Ralph Lauren, simple but forward. The bottle is a lovely green bottle but nothing fancy. I must add that the spray toggle is rather large and therefore you end up spraying more than you want it. Also, it sprays a wide radius so be careful of your eyes. I received a 50ml bottle of CK Be on my birthday from my girlfriend. I opened the little black box to reveal the smooth textured bottle from which I poured a few drops onto my hand. My nose was greeted by an aroma of fruity flowers with a pleasant woody smell, which would appeal to both a man or woman. The smell is not so strong it will leave you gasping for fresh air, nor will it leave you smelling nothing but fresh air - The strength is just above average and will pleasure your nostrils for a good 5 hours or so.
