I bought So.....? Desirable perfume a couple of years ago when I was a bit strapped for cash but in urgent need of a perfume. The bottle is very simple and has nothing amazing about it but you get what you pay for!
The fragrance is quite strong and sharp to begin with but after a few minutes it becomes much more subtle and although it has a nice scent it is not overly noticeable that you are wearing perfume. I think it has a slightly acidic scent to it but other than that there is no distinctive scent such as floral. However, because the scent isn't very strong you do need to reapply it fairly often for it to be at all noticeable.
So....? Desirable is not the most remarkable or interesting of perfumes but if you are in desperate need of a new perfume for daytime wear but are short of cash then its far better than many other cheaper alternatives you'll find.
With this perfume it is all about getting what you pay for so the smell isn't going to last as long as expensive perfumes or be as distinct but it is worth the small price you pay for it.
I think this is more something you would buy for yourself or maybe for a younger teenager who is just starting to get into perfumes as I think it is less mature than many other options.
Overall, definitely a daytime perfume not an evening one but is nice all the same.
I received this perfume for my last birthday and when I saw what it was I was at first pleased. I have always liked and used the So...? Collections of perfumes and body sprays. But I hadn't tried the So...? Desirable until it was given to me.
I think when this perfume is first sprayed it can come across as being to strong, but after a while the scent does become sweeter and lighter. This perfume can smell a little too much of alcohol, but aftertime as well it fades.
So...? Desirable is a sweet perfume, that after a while does become nicer. This fragrance, however I find not to have a strong staying power. Which is a little annoying as you do have to re-spray it, if you want to smell lovely.
You can defiantly pick out the scents of fruits in this perfume, which make it a light perfume and quite refreshing perfume. As I said after a while the strong scents begin to fade after first being sprayed and because of this you do need to put quite a lot of this perfume on, I find. But when I wear this perfume I usually bring it with me when going out, to re-spray.
I would say that So...? Desirable is more of a day time fragrance. This mainly because it is a light, sweet smell. But it could also be worn at night time as there is something in this fragrance that I can't quite put my finger on, that would allow you to go on a night out with this on.
I have the 20ml bottle of this and it is the most adorable little bottle ever! It is, of course very small, but I do find that it last me for quite a while. The bottle is a cube shape, that it see-though so you can see the liquid inside. I always like when you can see into a bottle, it means you can tell how much of the perfume you have left. The lid of the perfume is a half circle shape, making the bottle look as if it's wearing a little pink hat! The colour of the lid is a beautiful shade of pink and is very girly. The same shade of pink is used in the writing on the front of the bottle.
There are many place that sell So...? Perfume and the reasoning behind that is because they are so well known. Most Superdrug's and Semi-chem's sell them.
Prices range from £3.00- £6.00. Price depends on the size and of where you buy it.
So...? Desirable perfume isn't a bad fragrance, but I personally don' t think it is the nicest So...? Perfume, as I have tried many of the others and I have to say that they are nicer.
So...would I recommend it? Yes it is a nice perfume and is not expensive for the price of one of the smaller bottles. But I would say to anyone wanting to buy this perfume, to try it first as I like it but many of my friends don't. Each to their own I suppose!
So, I give this perfume a 4 out 5 Dooyoo stars, I mainly deducted a star for the not very good staying power
