As a perfume, Stella Mccartney carries a very strong fragrance; so stong, in fact, that on more than one occasion, people sitting around me with allergies have been set off sneezing from the scent wafting from me.

However, I do like this; can't quite put my finger on what the exact smell is but can say with assurance that you will feel feminine, yet fashionable while wearing this perfume.

It has quite a distinctive smell at that, and I also often had people enquiring as to what it was, or receiving compliments on it when I went out at night.

Would generally recommend this to an older crowd as opposed to teenagers, perhaps for those of the age 25 and over. In the end I found this to be just too strong for me [I am 22] and so moved to a lighter fragrance, but if you're looking for a birthday present for your Mum, or older family member, this might well be perfect!
