“ Brand: The Body Shop / Type: Fragrance / Concentration: Eau de Toilette „
I would say that it is best to smell this Perfume before the name of this puts you off. I got this as part of a gift set, but I would have been the same and thought I wouldn't want to try this because of the name. I'm a non smoker, and the name of Tabacco Flower made me think of the smell of Cigarette's, which I do not want to smell like.
It was just a little 15ml bottle I got of this. The bottle that I got is just a simple rectangular glass bottle. There isn't a spray part on the 1 I was using, and it was just an open bottle which I used by holding the bottle against my skin and tipping the bottle up a bit to get the liquid out. The bottle has a sticker on the front and back. I think this is available in a larger bottle in the shop as well. I got this in a pack with 5 Body Shop Perfumes of the same size and bottle design. Not sure how much it costs as I looked online for the pack and can't find it anymore.
So how does this smell? Surprisingly nice. The smell is a bit strange and although a little similar to other scents i've smelt it is that bit different as well. The smell is quite musky and heavy. It doesn't smell how I thought it would do, and is pretty nice. There isn't any fruity or fresh scents in here, but there is a slight dash of airy scent in here. I would say this smells a bit like a Sandalwood kind of scent with perhaps Blonde Woods through this as well. There is Musk mixed through and although it is a heavier kind of scent, it isn't really heavy. It is quite hard to describe this scent, as it's just so different, but I would advise you to at least have a squirt of this if you are in the Body Shop as you may be like me and end up thinking this is nicer than you expected.
A nice but strange Perfume that I would be happy to use again.
I used to be a smoker and even though I have quit I still have a love of it. I bough this Eau the Toilette from the Body shop when I used to smoke but did not used it , I thought is going to enhance my general tobacco smell. The price was fairly cheap and I was one hard core smoker so I had to have this plus it smelled absolutely amazing.
Now that I have quit smoking this reminds me on how I used to smell or how some other smokers do but not in a bad way, I think this EDT has an incredibly sensual smell. It does not say weather is for men or women on it but I in my opinion this is more suitable for a man.
How does it smell? Well it smells like an after shave and the purest freshest smoke of tobacco. Is so incredibly refined.
An an ex smoker I can say that this does not make me want to start smoking again and I highly doubt you can become addicted to nicotine again by spraying it on your skin. If you ask me, even though I do not say the ingredients listed on the bottle, it is not even probably made of 100 pure natural ingredients. I am using it for quite a while now.
The only downfall I can think off this might bother the noses of those annoying stop smoking extremists if you care, I don't.
Being a non-smoker, and not much of a perfume wearer I never gave the product a second glance. However, I was shopping with my boyfriend one day - when he sprayed it on me, exclaiming "Smell this!" I did, and I was impressed. The fragrance is flowery yet it is fresh - not overpowering - and hints of the kind of scent used in men's fragrances make it a pleasant, if sensual perfume. It is also strong enough that only one or two sprays will suffice - making it good value for money :P My boyfriend liked it so much he bought it for me, and I wear it every day :)
I was in The Body Shop, and I couldn't help noticing a few shelves of a new fragrance: Tobacco Flower. Well, I cringed, expecting it to smell of cigars and ash-trays (us women, eh?). But when I gave the tester a spray, I was scent to heaven (hee hee). The smell seems to me ideal for men as well as women, and brought joy to my sleeve for the rest of the day. It is very sweet and attractive, with something in common with Moschino, I think. I didn't catch the price, but I think it will be definite value for money, and I am on a mission to return there for that one item only!
